• Shuttle speedboats run every 30 minutes starting from 4:00 PM, including both outbound and return trips.
• Children aged 0-3 years and under 90 cm in height can join free of charge.
• Children aged 4-11 years and taller than 90 cm will be charged the child rate.
• Children will not be provided with fishing rods and are not allowed to use them.
• Guest who has heart disease, High blood pressure, asthma or seizure disorder are not recommended to join the course.
• Pregnant women are not permitted to join the tour or participate in sea activities.
• Participants in water activities are requested to bring their own attire and personal items.
• Seating cannot be reserved; customers can choose their seats upon arrival at the café.
• No outside food or drinks are allowed on board the boat.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
