A relaxed day - What a fun day! We visited three wineries. Our driver/guide Hank was knowledgeable and personable. He was great at making sure we had a relaxing and leisurely day. This is our third or fourth trip with Grapeline, and we have never been disappointed. Highly recommend Grapeline for any area -- Temecula, Santa Barbara, and Paso Robles.

Paso Robles Virgins - Our host, Michael Wilson, was not only knowledgeable about the local wineries, but a wealth of information around wine, food and hospitality in general. He took us on a tour of 3 wineries and had interesting stories about each, giving us a helpful overview on each prior to arrival. His nature was helpful and inquisitive, feeling out each of us as to our tastes and desires for the tour. I will certainly use your service again the next time in Paso Robles and am happy to recommend it as well. Thanks to you and Michael for an excellent day of tasting and history.

Beautiful & Fun Memory - I had made reservations again with you folks at Grapeline tours and had requested Michael as our tour guide. When we were picked up at the Black Oak that morning, I was looking forward to seeing Michael again, but Hank was our guide. I was not disappointed in the least during our trip. Hank was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable regarding the wineries we were going to visit, plus he is quite the comedian. The group and I have never laughed so much and had such a good time all because of Hank. He took very good care of us. I/we will treasure those memories forever. Also, my girlfriend and I ran into one of the couples from our Grapeline Tour at the Daou winery All we could talk about was what a great time we had with Hank, and how funny he was. He really did a good job taking care of all of us. I hope he will be with you folks next year when we return for the wine festival. Sincerely, LM

Grapewine tours is a must - The tour was excellent. Jenn, our guide, picked us up promptly. She explained her plan and we got underway. All three wineries were wonderful. Thatcher winery even had floor entertainment as their chicken population came running as we sat for our tasting. The wines at Whalebone were good, but nine wines tend to run together in the process of tasting. On the whole, I highly recommend Grapewines tours.

Wine Tasting Tour - Paso Robles - Had a great time tasting, but it would have been more fun with more people. Unfortunately, the 2 other couples that were booked canceled. But Rod, my driver and tour guide, was excellent in giving me background info on the wineries and the entire area. He also was kind enough to sit and have lunch with me so I wouldn't have to eat alone.

A scrambled experience - I’m giving this review two stars because it did seem like the staff was as genuinely kind and well intentioned, but the day was a mess. After a poorly communicated one hour delay, I was picked up in the tour guide’s personal vehicle, taken along for errands (picking up food, getting gas), and then taken to the first winery where I had 20 minutes to try to catch up on the first wine tasting with the group that had arrived separately. Following that, it seemed the itinerary was not well planned, as the next wineries kept changing, and seemed like a last minute choice. I do believe they tried their best after a series of clerical and mechanical failures, but ultimately I paid for a guided wine tour and did not get that. At best, it could be described as a glorified Uber shuttle. They did end up covering tasting fees, but since I bought wine along the way, I wouldn’t have had to pay full price for tasting anyway. I would not recommend them to a friend and would try a different tour operator on my next visit.
