Highly recommended - Very nice restaurant. Workshop was outside on the terrace. Explanation was very good and then got to work myself and different kinds of pasta made and turned. As an aperitif I had limoncello and nice bread/tomato/arugula and mozzarella. After the workshop I continued to eat there and was allowed to eat my homemade pasta. Very nice and tasty.

Engaging pasta class with a delicious lunch - I attended the pasta making class with my friend and it was such a fantastic experience. Our host was fun and engaging and made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. We learned so much about the art of pasta making from the basics to really helpful tips. Afterward we stayed for lunch and the food was incredible. I would highly recommend this class to anyone, whether you're a cooking enthusiast or just looking for a fun activity.

Very very nice - This was such a great experience, which I can highly recommend to anyone.
The restaurant looks so beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail. The staff and Daniele are very attentive and very nice. You immediately felt comfortable.
The basics for pasta production were very educational and exciting.
After that, eating the homemade noodles was something very special.

Wonderful experience - We had a wonderful hands on time learning from Claudio. His personality lends itself to be the perfect companion to his pasta skills. We made tagliatelle, ravioli, rigatoni and bowties! We learned about the importance of the different flours and hydration and use of whole egg vs egg yolk only. We were thrilled with his patience and even more so with our very own homemade pastas! After the class we stayed for the most delicious meal consisting of our recently made pasta! We highly recommend this experience, and when you go say Hi to Claudio from Karen and Frank!!!

we learned how to roll out dough to make fettuccini and tortelloni with ricotta - This was a really fun activity with my 14 yr old son who said it was the best food he had in Paros. We had a great time with Chef Claudio learning how to roll out dough and make tortelloni. It would have been fun to make the pasta dough as well, but it has the dough has to rest for a while once it's made, so for the purpose of time, they provide a batch of dough that is already made and ready to work with. We opted to stay for dinner and were served the pasta that we had made - tortelloni with ricotta & sage and caccio e pepe - both delicious. Highly recommended experience in a lovely setting

Fun class with Claudio learning about pasta - Claudio was our chef instructor and he did a really nice job. It probably helped that it was just my daughter and I for the class. He showed us how to make pasta and answered all of our questions about cooking and preparing pasta. Really enjoyed the conversation and learned a lot. We had eaten a large breakfast before going so opted out of eating our pasta at the end. I had read reviews about disappointment with the cost of eating pasta that we had made in class but if you come simply to learn about making pasta and practicing it a bit the course was just fine. Again I would credit Claudio with making the class memorable.

Relaxing atmosphere, informative but eating the pasta costs 40€ - The place was SUPER beautiful and the snack and the drink were great. The information given was very helpful and the workshop was interesting.
Nonetheless, you do not get to eat the pasta you made unless you pay 40€ per person and the actual interactive part is rather small (which is okay) but good to know upfront.
The water they offer you at the beginning is not complementary!! 6-8€
Would recommend but eat something upfront if you do not want to spend more money
