Paro Taktsang - Continuing the 2 Nights Bhutan Tour, after breakfast, guests will drive to Paro via the confluence. The journey continues to the base camp of Taktsang for a hike up to the Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest). The hike to the cafeteria takes about 1 hour. At the viewpoint, enjoy the breathtaking view of the monastery, where Guru Padmasambhava arrived on the back of a tigress in the 8th century. Afterward, return to the road point and drive to visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples. In the evening, stroll around Paro’s main shopping district. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
