Love Bhutan - This was a unique experience compared to a regular tour in different countries. The tour was organized from arrival to departure, itinerary, hotel and meals provided all day long. We were there for only 2 nights and wished to have stayed longer. Country is very clean, old fashioned and well preserved culture. Would recommend to everyone who looks for a different kind of adventure.

A short and brilliant visit to Bhutan - This was a very well planned and an amazing tour. Things went without a glitch. We got to see quite a few places in Bhutan though it was a short visit. Guide and driver were amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Country is so so very beautiful. The hike up Tigers Nest would stay with us forever. Can’t recommend this enough. They even plan your visa. All we needed to do was just book this one through Viator and rest was taken care of. We didn’t even have to think about our food and there is plenty for vegetarians like me. One of my favorite trips!

Bhutan Highlights, 2-nights - not enough!!! - Yonten (Guide) and Jimmy (Driver) make a wonderful team. My time in Bhutan was very short (2-days) and I was extremely happy to have been paired with such experienced individuals. Yonten knows so much history about Bhutan, the many different temples and Jimmy's skillful driving made the time just fly-by. Yonten's lessons were so good, I started recording them so I could revisit them later. The first day visiting Thimphu (Sitting Buddha, Royal Takin Preserve, etc.) was very enlightening about the religious and natural history of Bhutan. Along the roadside, Yonten spotted some men playing darts and he insisted we stop for a moment to watch. I had never seen anything like it before. We ended watching for more than 30 minutes, enjoying each time a player scored and the teams danced. The Second Day was all about the hike to Tiger's Nest. Yonten's Stamina is beyond compare. For a 63 y.o. I felt I did pretty well to keep up with him, making it to the top in just under 2 hours. Inside Tiger's Nest, no electronics are allowed. The monastery is beautiful and the many shrines and temples are breath-taking. Yonten's explanation on the founding of the monastery was spell-binding. Bad demons, charmed by good to be become the protector of the monastery. The story was well-told and well worth the climb. Once inside there is a special chamber where one can see the 'Tiger's Nest'. It is not for the faint of heart or claustrophobic, but well worth it. My advise for anyone considering a trip to Bhutan, stay for more than just two days. Do not expect the Four-Season/Hyatt hotel experience . Be open minded to new ideas and definitely request Yonten and Jimmy.

Amazing - Fantastic experience! Guide Choki and driver Jimmy was amazing, they had organised every little detail so I could just enjoy. Bhutan is such a wonderful country with the kindest people and fantastic sights, and Choki was so generous in answering my questions and sharing history and his knowledge. They were also very attentive and managed to customise the tour to my interest. 10/10 would absolutely recommend! Thanks Choki, Jimmy and team for incredible days!

Two day solo trip to Bhutan - I took a two day solo trip to Bhutan which was excellent. I organized everything through Trip Advisor which made things very easy. They outsourced to a local travel agency (mine being Bhutan Yarden Tours & Treks via Trip Advisor’s Viator) that took care of all the paperwork as traveling in Bhutan requires Visas, park fees, a guide in some locations, etc. it was so much easier to just go through an agency that took care of everything. My trip started with an exciting landing in the Himalayas and meeting my guide and driver as I walked out of the terminal and we were off. My guide Chorten was extremely knowledgeable of all the local traditions, was super courteous and extremely helpful. I felt quite at ease in his hands. He gave me my space and was there when I had a question. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. My driver was great as well. Felt very comfortable and safe. The trip it self was extremely beautiful of course. The architecture is incredible. The included food and accommodation were great as well.

Outstanding Trip, Bhtuan was wonderful, and our guides were excellent!!! - The trip was excellent from start to finish!! We were warmly welcomed into the country, and our adventure began as soon as we got out of the airport!! This trip was many years in the making for me and my family, and we are very happy we took it. Everything went smoothly, from the via process to the arrival at the airport. I highly recommend this trip for anyone wanting a short, but nice visit to Bhutan!! Be advised the hike to Tiger's Nest is about 3 hours one way, and can be taxing, but well worth it!! Spectacular!! Mr. Choktee and Mr. Jimmy took excellent care of us, and we really enjoyed ourselves!!! Again, highly recommended!!! Thank you!!!

Unforgettable Experience - We had an amazing experience with Breakfree Adventures in Bhutan. We spent 7 days there and wished we could have stayed longer. The guides and drivers were fantastic – very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service was excellent, always responsive and ready to help whenever we had questions. We highly recommend Breakfree Adventures and look forward to returning for a longer trip, possibly with some trekking. Bhutan is such a peaceful and beautiful country!
