From one cheese enthusiast to another, book this tour! - If you’re looking for a very informative and energetic tour, look no further! Loris was the absolute best guide. Both the cheese and prosciutto were some of the best we’ve had - and family owned and operated. My wife and I had the best time - highly recommend!

This was a great and very... - This was a great and very informative tour! I have made cheese in the past and have previously learned about curing meats, but I still learned so much from this tour. It was a great break from walking around the city and I loved being out in the countryside. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in where their food comes from or anyone who just loves eating food...you get to taste cheese, prosciutto and 2 kinds of wine. The air conditioned van picked us up right at the bus station and drove us out to the cheese factory and then the prosciutto factory and then dropped us back off in the same location, so it was all very easy. I was a solo traveler using public transportation and this was as easy as it could be. :) Do this tour, you won't regret it!

An unforgettable experience guided by our wonderful tour guide Loris - Loris is incredibly passionate! He explains every detail so clearly, and I truly learned so much from him. He took great care of us and everyone on the tour, making sure we understood and saw every demonstration. He answered all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. As both a wine and cheese sommelier, he’s a true expert. We are so glad to have the cheese, ham, and Balsamic Vinegar tour with him. Also shout out for Roberto, our driver. He was so kind, friendly, and attentive.

The tour was so great!... - The tour was so great! The guides were awesome and made the experience super fun. It was pretty laid back which I enjoyed, but we we still learned a lot with out being bombarded with information. I’m traveling solo and I met some really awesome people and had a great time eating some good food!

Good tour but too long in the car - The Parmeggiano Reggiano and Parma Ham was very interesting. The guide had a deep knowledge of the material, we got to taste the products Unfortunately the organization was problematic. when we finished the Cheese visit I was asked if I didn't mind if they took the visitors who did not want to visit the Ham farm to the train station. I did not object Unfortunately, they meant taking them to the train station in Parma, close to 30 minutes away. After an hour of being in the car I could continue the tour. If you go on the tour, please tell them that they should tale you first because you don't pay for an expensive excursion to be half of it on a bus when not needed.
