Great, fun guided tour if you are looking for a day trip - Great experience. Knowledgeable Guide. No problem finding pick up point. Except for a slight delay with entering which wasn’t their folly, everything went smoothly and we got to see everything on time.

Versailles Palace Guided Tour - Versailles Palace was beautiful and immense. The vistas and gardens were amazing. I am sure I have never seen that much gold leaf in one place before! Our guide was Nati and she looked after us well. Very informative tour. Would recommend.

Fabulous trip - Tour package was very informative about change of pick up site due to the Olympics and areas not available- the guide was very knowledgeable about the palace
The bus was 5 star - I enjoyed every minute and the palace and Gardens were amazing

Great tour, excellent guide - A great day exploring Versailles! Guide Francois was superb! So knowledgeable with a storytelling style, he ensured our group stayed together and spent good time in each room. There isn’t a lot of time to explore the gardens on your own (~40 min) but this was a perfect amount of time for our family! Bus was spacious, comfortable, and on time. We left at 8:15 and arrived back around 1pm. Would definitely recommend!

We were here to see the Olympics and we visited Versailles and also the Louvre and we’ve visited multiple patisserie - Visiting inside of the Palace was very nice. It was way too warm outside to walk around the gardens. On a cooler day I’m sure it would’ve been been beautiful.

No our favorite - We were very happy with our different tours until this one. The guide was very hard to understand and lingered a long time in each room. We felt like we saw very little of the palace on the tour but that may be all visitors get.

Unorganized But Incredible - Bus ride home was almost an hour late. We only had 30 min to see the gardens. Otherwise, our guide was awesome and Versailles is incredible. Wish we could have spent a lot more time in the gardens.

The palace is beautiful... - The palace is beautiful however the guide did not seem well prepared and fluent in English. The tour seemed a bit rushed and the guide seemed nervous while delivering the information.

Not worth the price. - The transportation portion of our trip was canceled due to the Olympics. We were told we had to get to Versailles on our own but NOT told that the tour would start at 11:45 instead of 11:00 (we arrived at 10:45 like the instructions said). Then our guide was 20 minutes late so we ended up waiting 90 minutes until the tour actually began. Ten minutes into the tour our guide made us stop and wait for 15 more minutes while he went back for 3 more people that had been added to our tour. The guided portion lasted less then an hour (not half day) and then we were sent on our own to explore the gardens. They did NOT reimburse us for the transportation portion of the tour. This experience was completely NOT worth the $1000 that I paid and I would never recommend it.

We didn’t go. We arrived... - We didn’t go. We arrived at the bus 12 minutes late and despite our taxi driver telling the bus we were there, the bus drove off as we stood on the sidewalk
