A tour for all to see - Excellent! Informative. Moving. This tour took us to the frontlines of WWI. A great day trip from Paris. As a bonus, we were privileged to see the largest cathedral in Europe. Stunning!

Outstanding Tour - This was an unforgettable and moving tour made even better by our guide Oliver. His passion knowledge and story telling was outstanding. There were only 4 Australians and two trainee guides on our tour, highly recommend

Somme Battlefields with guide Olivier. Not to be missed. - Amazing tour of the Somme Battlefields. I recommend you take this tour with the guide Oliver because he is the best guide ever for military battlefields. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything, answers all questions. He showed us military pictures and maps, focused on the highlights of the museums that we visited, went the extra mile to make our excursion very enjoyable despite the rain and poor weather. He is genuinely nice and forthcoming. I am planning on doing D Day excursions with him.

A personal experience - This tour was amazing. I had great uncle, Captain Richard Godrey Smith buried in Pozieres British cemetery and the guide, JB, could not have been more helpful and really interested; in making sure it was a special event for me and my family. He took a video of me at my great uncle's grave, so that i could share with my family, as I was the first family member to visit since his grave in 1916. JB was so knowledgeable about the great war and all things French. He allowed plenty of time for me to take in the whole experience, one that I will never forget. I also shared with JB the last letter that the Richard wrote to his parents, to which he listened to carefully. He asked for a copy of the letter, and that was so special, he mentioned he would share my family's story on future tours. WOW was not expecting that. Also was so overwhelmed by how well the cemetery and graves, in fact all of the places we visited are kept by the French people. I will be recommending this tour by Blue Fox to family and friends.

Highly recommend - What a fabulous trip. For a long time I have wanted to visit the battlefields and Thiepval memorial. There was so much to see on the tour. It was lovely to have a small group and travel in comfort. Our guide Mathew was lovely and dealt well with a few challenges due to the Tour de France parking restrictions and diversions. I felt particularly well looked after as a solo traveller, which can be difficult as the only one in a group. Mathew made sure I had the time I needed to find my ancestor’s name on the monument and was always in the right place to offer to take my picture for me. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company as it was in turn recommended to me

Fantastic Battlefield & Memorial tour - Small group was great, 6 Aussies and 2 Americans. Matthew our driver and guide was fantastic and very informative. It was a big day but needed all the time to cover 8 different memorials and explore the battlefield areas. Excellent experience to understand the tragedy, heartbreak and success of the War. Sir John Monash Centre was an absolute highlight, also Amiens Cathedral.

Worst tour ever taken - Our guide was a young university student who arrived late and was dressed like he had just gotten out of bed. He driving was terrible bordering on dangerous especially on trip home. He knew virtually nothing about the sites we visited and used laminated picture cards on occasions. He had an extremely strong French accent and even said that we wouldn't understand him due to his accent. His lack of interest in the tour was very apparant. Luckily for my husband i had been to the sites before and was able to give him some information. A sad way to end a wonderful 5 week holiday in France. A total waste of time and money and if they cannot get a better guide do not offer the tour.
