Excellent… do it! - Wonderful dinner cruise. Champagne, entree (crab) with very good Chardonnay, beef filet with potatoes, mushrooms, and tarragon sauce. Excellent bottle of St Emilion, cheese course and possibly the best cheesecake I’ve had. Espresso. All this plus a talented singer who sang all the familiar French and English (American) song you know.

Big Al + MJs 40th Anniversary - We had a dinner cruise as part of our 40th Wedding Anniversary.,
It’s was lovely, great table by a full glass wall, dinner was amazing. Staff amazing. Book the Privilege package, a little more expensive but worth the upgrade.
Dress code as stated was Not enforced which was annoying, T Shirts, Shorts and Trainers I feel were not appropriate for an evening dinner cruise. Also several children under 10 spoiled the atmosphere.
All in all we loved it.

Awesome dinner while doing some sightseeing in Paris - Pretty solid experience: loved the food, wine, the live singer and the few random fun facts about the buildings we would go by. Our dedicated waiter, Quentin, did an awesome job too.

Excellent Premium meal and cruise - After the initial confusing search for where to exchange our voucher for the ticket(Pier 5), then directed to Pier 7 to board, it was a fantastic evening. I don’t understand why these specific details aren’t on the voucher sent by email.
The Premium meal was delicious, the waiters were subtle, informative and delightful, especially our waiter Tom. The champagne and wine were excellent although 2 glasses each, 1 bottle of Maçon Village and 1 bottle of a Languedoc red for two people were too much for us. The cruise itself was extremely smooth.

Pleasant dinner cruise down the Seine - The cruise was very nice with a lovely singer as we set off down the Seine.
Good value for the price, food was cooked well, a good selection.
We had an organised boarding, seating and taking your dinner choices was simple to view menu via QR code.
Wait staff were friendly without being too attentive, leaving us to enjoy the sights which is what this cruise was all about.

Delicious meal along the Seine - The dinner was delicious and views wonderful. The entertainment made the cruise more enjoyable. The photographer on board took excellent photos, you can purchase them, each for 25 euros. The boat itself was rather warm (20h30 cruise time). Many guests felt very warm. I am not certain why it was very hot. This was not during a heat wave.

Lovely cruise, everything else poor. - It was n enjoyable boat journey with sights. However it didn’t seem very personal. Very mass produced. The slightly more costly seating by the windows seemed to get waiters who made conversation. The food was average, my wife’s scallops were raw, the waiter argued with me about my wine choice and made it difficult. Then I had to remind him, I got shouted at, as I asked again for my wine. Then if we needed anything, it was a big ask for anything. All for nearly £300. Lovely cruise but everything else was disappointing.

Too many tables - We paid for private table by the window and we were seated in the corner literally next to another table . I have a small frame and there’s no room to move . To get out, my husband had to stand , move our table so I can stand . They packed in too many tables that it’s hard to enjoy the experience and in my case , not being able to move or stand without pushing the table .

No notice provided that river was flooded and would not offer refund. Food is nice on the boat and friendly wait staff - The provider does not notify you of changes in the river. If it is flooded you go a different way down the Seine with very little site seeing, statue of liberty, effiel tower and some restraunts. Asked for the full refund and they would not offer. There offer was 50% only off the transport on the cruise about 1/4 of the cost. Viator was also unhelpful in getting any better outcome of refund.
