Sit back & relax - An exceptional excursion and great value for money. We were seated in the front of the boat with exceptional views. The services and food was outstanding, a lovely way to sit back and relax and experience Paris. Our waiters were so informative kindly offering history of the city.
We highly recommended taking the cruise!

An evening to remember - This was a special night out to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Bateaux Parisiens did not disappoint. From the surroundings to the bottomless wine, 4 course dinner and an elaborately decorated Paris all around us, how can you go wrong? It was a memorable experience definitely worth the extras.

Bateaux Parisens Seine... - Bateaux Parisens Seine River dinner cruise was operated by a large company. The check-in process was efficient, and we were promptly escorted to our window table. I paid extra for window seats as it was for my husband's birthday. However, the experience had some shortcomings. Our table was initially without bread, which was present on every other table. Our server was friendly but quite busy, making it difficult to get her attention. When informed about the missing bread, she quickly brought us breadsticks without an apology. We appreciated having menu options, which was important due to dietary restrictions. We chose sea bass and scallops, and while the food was satisfactory, it did not stand out compared to other experiences. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the views from the cruise.

Beautiful way to view the city of lights - This was a beautiful way to see the city at night in a romantic setting! The entertainment was wonderful! The way the city looks on the water is breathtaking! I do wish the food was better but the wine was spectacular! I highly recommend doing this when in Paris !!

Good but disappointing boat ride - Good organization, proper meal and warm atmosphere. What a pity, however, to have been treated to the course in the East of Paris, where there is practically nothing exceptional to see monument levels.

Medium - Pleasant staff, tight placement and therefore medium enough with a partial view with the Discovery service, no menu card or travel to follow all this with the flash code.

Lovely cruise, everything else poor. - It was n enjoyable boat journey with sights. However it didn’t seem very personal. Very mass produced. The slightly more costly seating by the windows seemed to get waiters who made conversation. The food was average, my wife’s scallops were raw, the waiter argued with me about my wine choice and made it difficult. Then I had to remind him, I got shouted at, as I asked again for my wine. Then if we needed anything, it was a big ask for anything. All for nearly £300. Lovely cruise but everything else was disappointing.

No notice provided that river was flooded and would not offer refund. Food is nice on the boat and friendly wait staff - The provider does not notify you of changes in the river. If it is flooded you go a different way down the Seine with very little site seeing, statue of liberty, effiel tower and some restraunts. Asked for the full refund and they would not offer. There offer was 50% only off the transport on the cruise about 1/4 of the cost. Viator was also unhelpful in getting any better outcome of refund.
