Most fun we had in Paris! - Fabulous experience! The food was the best we had in Paris and the nighttime views along the Seine were magical. Truly a great way to see “ the city of light” at its best. While it was a three hour trip, make sure you periodically go out on the front or rear open decks, especially to see the lit up facade of Notre Dame and the hourly light shows at the Eiffel Tower. There isn’t any prompting by the wait staff to go outside so you just need to go on your own. We had a great time and it could have been a four hour trip time flew by so quickly. Lastly the singer who sang on board was awesome. We didn’t catch her name but she was also a real high point of the experience. Make sure you hand her a gratuity as you disembark!

Awesome VIP-Dinner with unforgettable moments - Visited on august 25. Couple, Booking version „Service Premier Baie Vitree“, it was the most exclusive ticket. A front table, best possible view next to the window, dinner menu and champagne (at the start+end), bottle red wine and white wine included. It was simply a perfect evening. The start, the table decoration, the service (huge shout-out to Melina, a wonderful guide through the evening), the wine, the view, the music and for sure each part of the menu was delicious. Sure, 250,- € pP. is a lot of menu, but the entire experience was worth, every cent. For smokers: at the end of the boat there‘s an area where its allowed. And for the final 10-15 minutes of the tour you should be there, the bright shining Eiffel Tower and in addition the statue of liberty is simply overwhelming. Check the added photos for our crazy impressions.

Enjoyable, relaxing experience - My family really enjoyed this cruise. From the moment you step on the boat, you are pampered and taken care of. There was live entertainment, the food and drinks were great, all came out in a timely manner and perfectly on course with the time spent floating up and down the river. The food choices were not something I would have chosen in a restaurant, so I'm glad it forced me to try some french cuisine that turned out to be delicious! Even my teenager enjoyed her choices. The tour consisted of heading one way down the river, then turning around and going back past the Eiffel Tower, turning around at the Statue of Liberty, and back to the dock we started at. So we saw all attractions alongside the river. We purchased the discovery service so our table was more central on the boat and not alongside the windows but don't let that deter you. There was not a bad seat in the boat from our view. This was such a fun experience and a great way to see the sights of Paris from a different perspective! Not only from the river but also everything lit up at night after dark without having to walk around in the dark. Ticketing was a bit confusing because I didn't receive an actual "ticket". It was like a summary but I kept seeing reference to having tickets prior to boarding. We found out once we were there that we just needed to turn that summary in at the front desk and they converted to tickets for boarding, easy peasy. Would recommend to any family looking for something different to do!

Highlight of our trip - Wonderful and relaxing for the whole family! Food and service was excellent, we sat in a non-window side seat which was fine, you can see plenty. The steak I ordered was delicious. The only thing I didn't like as much was the music. The singer was lovely but I was expecting maybe some jazz standards or something more French instead of Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Miley Cyrus, etc. But all in all it was an unforgettable experience.

Dine cruise in Paris - Very excited about this experience as it was for my husband birthday Booking in was ok Then shown to table which was a very tight space. As soon as we sat down a waiter brought 2 glasses of rose prosecco we weren’t ask if we wanted white some other people were given this choice Later he came and poured 2 glasses of white wine as he poured them he said white wine ok again we weren’t made away that we had a choice. When the main dinner was being served he wanted to give me more white wine and I asked if I could have some red wine very abruptly I was told no. Food ok really nothing to get excited about very nicely presented. Short cruise was good lovely to see Paris at night. But having experienced it once I certainly wouldn’t be doing it again.

Just okay - The dinner cruise was just okay. It was hard to see the sites of Paris in the dark and we were expecting some narration. We booked via TripAdvisor which did not let us select a dinner level ( we were assigned “star” which was basic - we would have upgraded). Had I known this, I would have tried to book directly with one of the boat vendors. The food was typical cruise food, nothing special. People were having fun and it was a lively atmosphere.

Lovely cruise, everything else poor. - It was n enjoyable boat journey with sights. However it didn’t seem very personal. Very mass produced. The slightly more costly seating by the windows seemed to get waiters who made conversation. The food was average, my wife’s scallops were raw, the waiter argued with me about my wine choice and made it difficult. Then I had to remind him, I got shouted at, as I asked again for my wine. Then if we needed anything, it was a big ask for anything. All for nearly £300. Lovely cruise but everything else was disappointing.

Too many tables - We paid for private table by the window and we were seated in the corner literally next to another table . I have a small frame and there’s no room to move . To get out, my husband had to stand , move our table so I can stand . They packed in too many tables that it’s hard to enjoy the experience and in my case , not being able to move or stand without pushing the table .

No notice provided that river was flooded and would not offer refund. Food is nice on the boat and friendly wait staff - The provider does not notify you of changes in the river. If it is flooded you go a different way down the Seine with very little site seeing, statue of liberty, effiel tower and some restraunts. Asked for the full refund and they would not offer. There offer was 50% only off the transport on the cruise about 1/4 of the cost. Viator was also unhelpful in getting any better outcome of refund.

Bait and switch! Beware! - Although we paid $$$ for a premium Christmas dinner cruising along the Seine, what we received was a dinner on a boat that was docked. We were told upon our 7:30 pm check-in that the boat would not be traveling on the Seine due to high water level. Of course we had no idea that was even a possibility especially for the $$$ we paid. Unless I missed it somewhere in the fine print, I did not see a disclaimer. We were offered tickets for future ride along the Seine on one of their non-dinner boats if we opted to keep our dinner reservation. Uhhh, it was Christmas Day and we had no idea what places were open for dinner so it really did not seem like we had a choice especially last second. What we would have appreciated was an email a few days in advance to inform us of possible cancellation due to rising waters so we could cancel and make alternate plans. That would have been the right thing to do as an honest company. Unfortunately we received no such notice. Food was OK and portions were small. Was this experience worth almost $200 per person? Oh heck to the H-E- double hockey sticks no. Were we ripped off? Oh so very OUI! Save yourself the time, anxiety and money and find a dinner cruise company with boats that are able to travel in the Seine regardless of high water level. Yes, such boating companies exist as we did see a few dinner cruises that night and wished we were a part of THAT dining experience. We were deeply disappointed for the rock bottom, lowest of low customer service. Not all dinner cruises are the same. We deserved better and so do you. Highly recommend avoiding this company.
