Hard to find boat, but wonderful experience on board - As some other reviews mentioned, it was not easy to find the correct boat. We found the docking spot easily, but then walked up and down looking for the correct vessel. Dinner was very good (we had the vegetarian selections). The boat ride was relaxing and enjoyable. It was beautiful to be on the Seine at night.

Dinner cruise - Food was good not great. It was cheaper than other cruises which was definitely a plus. It was hard to see the sights during dinner with glare from windows. Once dinner ended it was nice to see eiffel tower light up from river.

Wrong starting point and rushed - First of all, the communication about the starting point is horrible. Everywhere it says "17 Port Debilly", which is across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower. Me and almost 10 other people only realised that the boat Tosca (the name is never mentioned in our booking) was on the other side of the river, near the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes before the boat left. At arrival there were no apologies, only "You got a mail with address info", but that isn't true.
We were not given a table by the window and on the bottom deck, which means you can't see a lot from your table. Luckely you can go to the top deck whenever you want. But don't be suprised when you come down and suddenly the next course is already on your table, because they really rush you through it. You will have had dessert and the bill after 1h30, even if there is still 30 min of trip to go.
The food was nice, better than we expected, but the experience would have been more pleasant with clearer communication and a relaxter atmosphere.

It wasn’t as prestigious as you would expect it to be. - Our first night in Paris we booked this dinner cruise to see the Eiffel Tower. Big mistake. Hard to find the location, they charge extra for a window seat, and you can’t go upstairs or outside. Only two bathrooms for everyone. Cleanup at the end was unsanitary — reused bottles and glasses washed poorly. Food was bland and overpriced. Definitely not worth it for dinner.

Not a Winner - Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dinner cruise. First of all, the staff was friendly and cheerful. That was the bright spot.
Food was under seasoned and disappointing. It wasn't disgusting, but very meh.. The pork was tough. On both mains, the veggies were the best part. The fish had clearly been frozen/was mushy in the center. The fish starter was unseasoned cold shell fish with a side of mayo packets and vinegar. The bread was little beige bricks. The paté was the best part of the meal. The desserts were fine, but lemon mousse and chocolate profiterole don't go together. You have to buy everything to drink including still water and dessert coffee. There was no option to choose or pay seating ahead, so when you walk on board they offer you a middle aisle seat or ask you to pay. There is no commentary for the tour, but you can't hardly see out of the windows because of the reflection of the interior neon orange overhead and (inexplicably) blue "candles" on every table anyway. The best view you'll get is before / after you board. Towards the end they bring out flaming desserts for people with birthdays, and sing to them individually. The ambiant music was fine, but as we pulled along side the Eiffel Tower on our return, Alicia Keys started belting out "New York." Not worth the time or the money.

Disappointing - I was disappointed that they charged extra for being able to sit at a table with a view, that wasn't information given when reserving the cruise. The drinks were expensive and the food was not great.

Not a great experience - This cruise was awful. The food was mediocre at best. We waited 30min to leave and were upsold for a window. The service was mediocre. I was disappointed because it had so many wordless 5-star reviews that mislead me.
There's not a lot to see. By the time we got back the Effiel tower was dark.
