Exceptional customer service - My initial experience on the Paris tuk-tuk tour was not positive, HOWEVER, I am updating my review to a good one because of the exceptional customer service. When I reached out, the management team was incredibly helpful and understanding. They apologized sincerely and processed a 100% full refund right away. Mistakes happen, but the way this company takes accountability and resolves issues shows true commitment to quality. 2 Hour Tuk Tuk. - It is helpful to have a good idea what you really want to see even though they have everything listed out for you already. Realistically, the cannot get around to all of the stops in two hours, which is the length of time we selected for our tour. They will ask you what you really wanna do so have a good idea. It’ll go much smoother.

Do not waste your money on this tour!!! - We specifically booked a 3-hour tour for a comprehensive overview of the entire city of Paris and this TukTuk tour was short of horrible. For more than an hour the supposedly tour guide was quiet and didn’t say a word to us. He just drove around and we looked at monuments that we did not know what they were. How is a tour guide not knowledgeable of where he lives or works? If he is not interested in doing his job, he should find another one. What kind of tour is it when you are just driving around with no explanation? We could have gotten on a bus for 1/10 of the cost of what we paid for 5 people. It was a very disappointing three hours and i would like my money back. If you can, do research and explore other companies before booking this and loosing hundreds of dollars. We have booked in other countries and it has never been as bad as this tour was today. We only stopped quickly at what we think may have been significant spots or monuments but we didnt get a background or information of where we were stopping. Really disappointing.
