Fantastic Experience - My family (two adults & two children) had a fantastic time at our behind-the-scenes experience at a French bakery. The staff at the bakery were very welcoming and we were given a small breakfast of pastries, coffee, and juice to start the experience. Our guide/baker Maya was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she was great with our children who are 11 and 8 years old. We learned all about the two main types of baguettes and how they are made, how to make financiers (mini French almond cakes), and how to roll croissants. Additionally, Maya explained the process for becoming a baker, how the bakery operates, and answered all of our questions. The length of the visit was perfect for our family, and we left with a big bag of baguettes and financiers. We all agreed that the experience was one of the highlights of our visit to Paris.

Wonderful tour with Manoud - Mourad at Manon Bakery was our tour leader and he was absolutely wonderful: friendly, warm, knowledgeable, generous. We learned so much and left with a fantastic amount of bread and pastries. We’ve been eating our goodies for days! Highly recommend.

Hands on baking in paris - This was less of a tour, although we did see the whole bakery, and more of a chance to learn! With dough already made we formed baguettes, and rolls, rolled croissants, and made financiers! The bakery treated us to a pastry of our choice and a drink, and we were able to take some of our accomplishments home! Truly one of the most fun experiences I had in France!

Most fun we had in Paris! - We had an awesome time at Miss Manon with KT! She shared so many fun facts and the whole experience was very hands on. We made baguette, financiers and rolled croissant. My 10 year old loved this activity!

Fantastic morning! - This was a fantastic experience! We learned, laughed, and ate our way through the different types of bread! Mourad was a fantastic guide. He kept all of us entertained and explained the reason behind the bread as well. We had such fun and would definitely do it again!!

Great bakery experience - Really interesting behind the scene experience of a lovely bakery Information was sent about the course although we only found exact location the night before however we had checked both bakeries locations mentioned in the advertisement before coming to Paris and we were staying about 15 minutes walk away from M Manon We were given a very warm welcome and drinks and pastries before the class began Lots of information about baguettes croissants and cakes conveyed with humour and we found out numerous facts about French bread habits!!! Hands on experience in a small group meant photo opportunities and chance for everyone to have a go Two over 70s and a 14 year old really enjoyed themselves especially eating our efforts for lunch!!!

Be our guest - This was a highlight of our Paris trip. Murad was fantastic and easy going . He forgave us for being late, showed us behind the scenes. We made baguettes of course and some little desert cakes . Fun time I would highly recommend

Great French Bakery - The bakery was a great experience. We made several types of breads. We had more breads than we could eat ourselves so we shared it with the hotel staff. They and we loved the breads immensely. I would take this tour again when visiting Paris. Had a small issue regarding transportation to and from the bakery Viator handled everything well.

Secrets for baguettes doesn’t include the recipe for the dough - I booked this for family hoping they would learn how to make baguettes. The dough was already made, they just rolled them. To be fair, they loved the baker. He was great. Unfortunately he arrived late so the class started an hour late. It affected our vacation day itinerary. The girl working the front of the bakery was very rude, so avoid the one with the rbf when arriving.

DO NOT BOOK -NO SHOW - NO COMMUNICATION - This was a complete disaster of an experience. We booked a behind-the-scenes French baking class, woke up early, and brought our toddler across town in an Uber—only to arrive at the bakery and find no one from the tour operator there. The bakery staff told us the class had been canceled because there were no supplies. No notice. No call. No email. Not even a message through my travel agent. Our entire morning was wasted, plus the cost of transportation, and we are still waiting for a refund. This was unprofessional, careless, and downright disrespectful of our time. Also, their phone number does not work. Do yourself a favor—don’t book this. Look elsewhere.
