Bateaux parisiens: Bravo! - Great comfortable way to explore Paris without walking!

Great tour - Smooth ride, got to see all the sights! Nice to have some commentary out loud as we didn’t want to listen to the entire audio guide. This was a great activity to start off our trip with to get an overview of the city before going back to each of the sites to explore in more depth!

Good - The cruise was quite nice and you can get commentary with the headphones. The English sound was not the best though. You can get in for free with Paris Pass.

GREAT SIGHTS ALONG THE SEINE RIVER - About 1 hour tour. Departed across the street from the Eiffel tower. We saw different angles of the tower. Notre dame Cathedral other historic buildings and bridges. Not all the seats offer the same experience or view, so get there early to snag the perfect seat. I think they said the boat has a 600 person capacity. The boat is located near many food options. We did not eat on the boat. We got to see the stands along the river where they are setting up for the Olympics.

Crowded but nice enough for the price. - We decided we wanted to do the cruise at sunset. We arrived at 9PM for a 9:30 departure and it was perfect. Very crowded but nice little canal cruise. We were very pleased.

Ok but room for improvement - Nice relaxing one hour boat trip up the River Seine seeing a number of tourist sights including the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and Pont Neuf.
When you arrived where to get tickets was not clear and queues disorganised.On the trip the app was not great and the audio commentary was average.Seem more interested in attracting as many customers as possible as the boat is impressive but customer care abd organisation very poor.

Missed because of fine print - Booked on July 14 only received notification that the last boat already left once ticket had been purchased and paid.
