Must go! - Best $17 spent in Paris! Such a fun, exciting and pleasant experience. 70 mins filled with smiles from the passengers and passers-by on Paris bridges/streets.

Extraordinary service and views - The person at the ticket counter was very helpful because I did not have the email with my tickets. He was kind and patient.
The experience itself on the bateau was wonderful. I highly recommend seeing Paris this way.

Great Cruise to see Paris Architecture - Easy check in and great cruise. Make sure pick a nice day with nice weather. We went right when the sun set so the sky was still a little bright and the lights started to turn on.

Paris seen from the boat is magical; some tips:
- even if you buy your ticket online, go in advance because there is still a queue;
- cover yourself because it is cold;
- take the boat into the sunset, the visit so is even more beautiful.

Nice cruise through Sienne - Extremely crowded and you have to wait in line a lot.
Otherwise all good. Worth it.
They should ideally reduce number of people onboard. Reducing 1 star just because of that

Samedi - We came on a Saturday, very tourist Attraction. A lot of Asian tourists eager to get on board and off pushing 🙙 to some light explanations of the monuments when we get to hear

Felt like we were in a hot cattle pen! - We went on Saturday around 3:30. As far as Seine River Cruises go, there are better than this one. The narration could only be heard if you sat inside. The best part to us vs was being able to sit for awhile after waiting one hour on our feet to get aboard.
The worst part was boarding. Once we got through ticket validation, they packed us in like cattle - literally touching everyone around you - unable to move for over 30 minutes! Once the gang plank opened, every one started pushing, hard, and there were little children in the crowd getting shoved aside. It was hot. There was no information or staff to explain the long wait. It was a pickpockets dream. Truly a nightmare - all it would have taken to great an emergency was one person losing their cool. We had to yell “stop” several times to the people behind us pushing. What a mad house. They need a more organized system past the turnstiles with staff on hand to keep order. Forget that Bateaux Mouches is the iconic cruise on the Seine. Try another - there are plenty.

Attesa infinita - Il servizio è stato davvero terribile. Dal sito sembra che sia un traghetto ogni 20 minuti mentre noi siamo stati in attesa più di un ora prima che arrivasse il primo traghetto. Nessuno sapeva rispondere alle nostre richieste di informazioni, ci dicevano che non sapevano perché il traghetto non arrivasse. Nel momento in cui abbiamo detto che ormai era tardi e non volevamo più fare il giro ci hanno detto che avrebbero rimborsato solo i biglietti acquistati in loco e non i nostri acquistati online. Ci sono moltissime compagnie, questa la sconsiglio fortemente!
The service was really terrible. The website makes it seem like there’s a ferry every 20 minutes, but we waited for over an hour before the first ferry arrived. No one was able to answer our requests for information; they just kept telling us they didn’t know why the ferry wasn’t coming. When we finally said it was too late and we no longer wanted to take the tour, they told us they would only refund the tickets purchased on-site and not the ones we bought online. There are many ferry companies; I strongly advise against choosing this one!

Disappointed and bamboozled - This experience with Viator was horrible!
I am expecting a full refund on this tour and the Louve tour.
I was lied to and deceived about this tour and the Louve tour that I took on Friday the day before this cruise on Saturday.
We never got on the cruise and the tour operator was a no show!
