excellent tour! - This was one of our favorites activities in Paris! We loved how calm and peaceful the tour was / not cheesy at all, no commentary throughout / just an enjoyable ride taking in the beautiful sights of the city. Food was excellent too especially the kids dessert!

Lovely end to our stay in Paris.... - We'd originally booked the Italian Dinner Cruise. Due to an issue with my credit card being compromised, that cruise was canceled. Luckily, I was able to speak to a representative who found availability on this cruise. I was nervous about fancy good since I'm not a fan of foie gras or snails. Luckily, the menu was simple. We chose both the steak and the chicken for dinner (steak was better). Enjoyed wine from our window seat while we sailed down the river. The best part of the cruise was the singer. Her voice was lovely and she engaged with all the patrons, making everyone feel welcome and special. Boarding was easy and it was right near the lovely Musee D'Orsay, which we visited prior to the cruise.

Very relaxing evening - A real quality cruise. In a heatwave the AC was a great relief. Great food service and the views amazing . Window seat worth the slight extra price

Cruising the Rhine - The view and food were great. Enjoyed the entertainment will sailing from port past Notre Dame, the Louve, Effie’s Tower and others. The Seine has lots of activity to see. Sun got quite bright and hot at our table, though.

Nice cruise, "gourmet" is a stretch - It's kind of hard to call the meal "gourmet". It was a decent slab of beef, some mashed peas, and a nice dessert. Cruising in July, the sun was shining through the windows during the "early" dinner cruise, making it very hot inside the ship. Be aware that they charge an extra €10 for the beef instead of the chicken, and I think it was an extra €35 to get a table by the windows (recommended).
The wait staff and singer were very nice, and overall we had a very enjoyable experience for our last evening in Paris.

Continuous improvement - Too good but the price of drinks is quite expensive , the food is not up to what I paid, tea or coffee I was entitled to was not offered during dessert . There is not much choice of starters and desserts.

Tour with lack DE SIGNS easy NO DE arrive and miss. - We could take the boat ride NO LONGER because we found the meeting point as it was NO clearly identified. We arrived in advance DE confirmation and still had NO time to find the boat.
No one contacted us POR whatsapp to see if we were late or send us a precise location. We had to ask a local person to call to see what happened and they only told him that they had already left but NO we did not see any boats leave EN the area where we were summoned.
POR I request DE refund of our money as it was NO clear where the boat left, without announcements or indications.
I hope we can count on a positive response DE DE you back us up as customers DE services ordered EN online as NO fair ES paying POR a service when your provider is at fault to avoid these situations.

Could not enjoy the experience - They would not take our vouchers and said they were full. Called vitar there wasn’t anything they could do besides say show them the confirmation email.

I'm laughed at - I am VERY unhappy because I had an online advisor who assured me that
1) we would have seats on the window side (we still paid an extra 60 euros so that once arrived at the boat ALL tables are on the window side)
2) we had asked if there would be white tablecloths and flowers, we were confirmed that there would be: there were no
3) we spoke to the person in charge who sent us miserably
4) we were placed next to screaming people who were shoving us up and despite many complaints to the waiters nothing was done.
5) the blinds were down: we only saw one monument.
I therefore ask you to make a commercial gesture. I am aware that some things are not your responsibility but for what you have guaranteed us that would not appear on the boat I want a refund.
