Wonderful - Excellent experience with chef Élyze. Learned a lot of new tips and techniques for my home trials. I will now know how to make « chou à la crème »!!

you can be a Chef - We had the chance to try the Atelier (Tarte Tatin) and we warmly recommend this experience. Even though we tought it would quite hard for us to suceed making the Tart, the Chef was super helpful and interesting, and we could make it! after the Ateliers we enjoyed eating our home made Tarte tatin
