Great - Great Experience. Great Food. The bus is just fantastic. I love the glass ceiling to allow you to enjoy the sites better as you drive around. The audiophile easy to use.

Amazing lunch & tour - My husband and I wanted to enjoy seeing much of Paris and this experience was perfect. The food, and the service were phenomenal; even my vegetarian fare was delicious and not bland. The bus itself is both charming and modern. I kept telling my husband how content I was during our four course lunch.
As a mom of four, I would not want to take children under twelve on this bus, but that’s just my personal preference. It’s a relaxing, primarily adult vibe. I was so relaxed and would 100% recommend this experience!

Nice bus tour - Nice food. I think they need to carry some chicken on board for guests who does not eat fish. Tour was beautiful.

Rolling with lunch Paris style - It was a great way to spend a rainy day in Paris. The bus was comfortable and the food was outstanding! Staff was helpful with anything you requested.

Australian friends in Paris - Absolutely loved this trip, food was wonderful, weather was perfect. We met lovely Delta Air flight attendants sitting beside us. Didn’t want it to finish. The champagne and wine was fab. Highly recommend.

The Bustonomy Experience - It was a nice tour, different for sure but I’m glad to have enjoyed the experience of having a nice lunch while a comfortable bus maneuvered traffic allowing us to see the sights. The two servers were efficient though not very friendly. They had a job to do and did it well but a more pleasant attitude and smile now and then would have enhanced my experience.

We would love to do it again and again! - It was a very great trip. The food was super delicious but we missed a bit the itinerary with explanation, would be nicer with audio guide!

Subject: Extremely... - Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Inflexibility
I was traveling with three children and, unfortunately, missed the initial meeting time and location due to unforeseen transportation issues. I reached out immediately and was willing to meet the group at the next stop to still participate in the tour. The Viator representative I spoke with assured me that Bustronome would allow us to join the tour at the next location. Based on that, we went out of our way—going in circles—trying to meet the group.
However, on our way, Bustronome refused to let us join, stating that once the tour has started, no one can be added, regardless of the circumstances. This complete lack of flexibility and empathy, especially for someone traveling with young children, was incredibly frustrating.
Even worse, the miscommunication between Viator and Bustronome caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Had we been given accurate information, we would have made different decisions.
I strongly urge both Viator and Bustronome to improve your communication. At the very least, your representatives should not be giving out incorrect information that adds to the customer’s distress.
