Great option to cover main city attractions in short time - This is a must tour in Paris when you plan to visit several places via one mode of transport. It takes around 2.5 hrs for complete ride and you can get on or off the bus at any stop. Also you can also buy Seine’s river cruise ticket in this ride as well. We had great time on this tour. Make sure to carry a cap if you are going to seat on the deck.

Great way to see the city in a day - Had a great experience with Big Bus Tours in Paris earlier this week. There were 15 of us in our group, ranging from 4 to 73 years old so it was great to have a helping hand getting around the city without everyone getting too tired. Even though we were only in the city for a day we ticked off all the landmarks we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and helpful and the buses were frequent and clean. Would use again and would recommend to others.

Good trip, efficeint service. Boat trip add on excellent. - Was traveling with my mum, who is slightly less mobile these days. It's a really easy way to see a lot of the city, hop on and off, or stay on for a bit longer to rest. The audio tour is a bit overly touristy, but I suppose that's to be expected. We took the additional boat trip, which was the best bit of the day, and definitely worth it.

The idea of this sounded... - The idea of this sounded great but the reality was we would have been quicker walking on occasions! Paris is so congested with traffic that we sat, not moving sometimes for 15 minutes. Also be aware that the service doesn't start until 9.45 and stops running at 5.30pm. You DO get to see "the main attractions" but it can take an awfully long time getting to them. The boat trip was great. We were on the first trip of the day and the commentary was very good. If I came again I wouldn't bother with the big bus but would definitely go on the boat trip.

Better avoid and take a comfortable taxi instead - Please avoid for several reasons: - not enough coverage (only basics) - extraordinary boring audio. Mostly music and not enough interesting information. - extremely misleading bus stops locations. No exact map positions, even the app didn’t help. - just one route! in Vienna you have four, in Singapour as well four, but Paris only one… - drivers are not indicating the bus stop numbers. - it is more like a taxi rather than excursion bus Please consider if you have entire day to do nothing, then do the round trip without going out from the bus (could be a torture due to the traffic and almost zero facts on the audio), but nice overview of the city.

There are other better options. - They charge for services they don't provide. We took 4 buses none of the 4 had internet access as promised (and charged). Of all the tourist buses I take (Istanbul, Madrid, Athens, Buenos Aires, Rome) this was the worst far. They charge for services they do not provide and the tour is to the points of interest near the river. He's not even going to the Paris catacombs. All the time they want to sell you something else when the service they provide in Paris is terrible.

Old equipment low quality service - The tour busses are worn and some of the equipment does not work. This is frustrating when you paid for a tour you cannot hear because the equipment is not working. After for a seat where the audio worked you had to move the headphones around to get a bit of sound. It’s like using an old school antenna on a basic television. To boot the bus tour ends at 7 pm but continue to run until 9 pm. What they fair to tell you is that after 7 pm they will only drop you off at one station so if you hopped ok mid way and need to be left where you started they leave you stranded. For the premium price they charge I expect better quality tour, buss accommodations, equipment and not to be left stranded. I do NOT recommend this company.
