We somehow missed to see our etickets... - We somehow missed to see our etickets after it was emailed to us but a quick phone call to Viator fixed our worries in seconds! Next family Euro trip is Italy and we'll definitely be using Viator for our next adventure! Thank you Viator!

What a way to see Paris at leisure and... - What a way to see Paris at leisure and the tour was great, didn't need to bother with "skip the line" as we still had to queue with everyone but not too bad as the scenery was worth it.

This was great. The audio guide was... - This was great. The audio guide was amusing, kind of cheesy at times but informative and fun. I would just say that the instructions to get to the boat departure point should be a lot clearer. We ended up walking a lot to find it. Take note the company name is Bateaux Parisiennes and it's right by the Eiffel Tower. It's best to give them a call on the day and find out more instead of trying to find it right when you want to go.

I booked this because it was cheap... - I booked this because it was cheap!!! Haha. It was the only thing I booked for our first jet-lagged day in Paris. I figured it was cheap so if we didn't show, whatever. But we did and it was a snooze fest. We were head bobbing so bad in our seats because it was that boring. It was great just as a boat ride and to see all the sites from the Seine vs. walking the whole thing. That I can say made it worth the money and that's all I was really hoping for. Honestly, I thought it would have been better if there wasn't a guy with a mic talking about the sites. He was fine but he literally said the same thing in 4 languages so my ears would perk up when I heart English again and by that time we were already passing the site or it was way up ahead so the timing was a little off. I think it would've just been more relaxing to just sit on the boat and look at the cool surroundings of Paris from the Seine with pure silence :

Never book this cruise! Horrible 2+ hour wait times not disclosed. - Terrible wait time! Do not book this cruise! We arrived 30min prior to scheduled time at 8pm. There was 2 hour wait (or longer) which we could not do as other dinner plans scheduled. Tour did not refund and Viator did nothing to assist.

The ride was not worth the wait. I do not recommend. - The company puts you in line with all of the purchased tickets. The time you purchase does not matter. We stood in line for 1 1/2 hours instead of being allowed on the boat for our 7:00 reservation.

Didn’t honor reservation after paid and confirmed - They did not honor my 6:00pm reservation and the workers clearly didn’t care whether or not they honored the reservation time even after showing the tickets with a reservation time clearly listed. It was no different than buying a ticket at the stand without a time slot. Get ready to sit in long lines in a place that smells like pee to wait to get on the boat for hours. Ultimately my group had to leave and were not able to take the boat trip because we had other things planned after since they wouldn’t let us on the boat. Set your expectations super low…

Queue far too long - I hate leaving a bad review because I’ve used Viator lots of times with no issues. We turned up before 8pm for the cruise, 20 minutes before actually, and there was a queue about 2 to 2.5 hour queue to get on a cruise. There should be maximum allowed per cruise or just allocate everyone a time slot. I could not queue for that long due to recent ankle surgery so we just left. It was so disappointing.
