We offer digital entry tickets that include a 69-minute audio guide tour and a 7-minute art history audio file, which guests can enjoy while waiting at the Museum. The audio guide is available in English, French, German, and Spanish. Additionally, we provide a map to help guests navigate the museum.

If clients are unable to arrive on time for their booked appointment, we offer the option to change reservations. If a suitable date is available, we will reschedule the tour free of charge.
