A lovely way to spend... - A lovely way to spend part of an afternoon….
The instructor was open to any and all questions, and totally demystified the art of macaron making.
Not enough info to open my own bakery, but dying to try it out on all my friends.

Fabulous Experience - Loved it! One of my favorite things I did in Paris! The gal who taught the class was excellent. We met some really nice people from all over the world. I actually feel like I learned how to make macarons and plan to make them at home! Highly recommend!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - Chef started on time. She gave Great information about baking in general, not just macarons. My daughter and I will use many of her tips in the future at home Delicious recipe. 👌

We only got to watch her... - We only got to watch her mix the batter used for the macron. We then got to use a piping bag and put 2 or 4 in a parchment.
Wish we could have done more.
We did get to make a pistachio and a chocolate ganache and then fill in previously made shells.
Each person gets 4 macrons.
Not very exciting.

Keep your money - Average at best . Please save your money and watch a YouTube video it is cheaper and the YouTube instructor will be more enthusiastic. Plus you will be able to eat more than 4 macarons. It is not a cooking class it is a demonstration so if you want to watch someone cook go there but it is not a cooking macarons class it is a stirring butter and pipping class.

Not really a hit! - It was okay, but much too simple. We were only allowed to make the ganache and apply it to the macaron shell. Everything was pre-regulated and already there. Yes a lot of explanation and a récipé. Not worth the money to be honest.

You do not get to bake the macarons! - Totally overpriced. NOTE: You do not get to bake the macarons! We only got to make the ganache and stick them together. You get given a recipe for the macarons. That's it.

Disappointed - They changed the time from 5pm to 4pm and kept us waiting 10 minutes. So we did not get started till 4:15pm We asked for a class in English and it was not so we left. Overall disappointing and a disaster
