not helpful about resolving an issue - Will never go on another tour with this company again. They are not helpful and will not understand nor care about different circumstances. I booked a tour for two people and called the night before on the phone # they provided, did not get an answer. As soon as I arrived I informed them that the second person was not able to arrive in Paris in time for the tour as their flight was cancelled. I asked for a refund for one of the 2 bookings or to apply that towards another booking. Later on the guide, told me I could apply a 50% discount towards a future booking, but was not able to answer my questions on how do I go about getting the discount and what do I reference. He tried, but did not know and didn't have the info for me. There was no one available to help with applying this 50% discount. I emailed them when I got home and then they acted like they did me a favor by offering it and said it expired after a couple of days. Not helpful at all and are complete crooks for not giving me a refund or letting me apply a discount towards a future trip. they claimed they offered that to me, but again I did not get an answer on how to apply this and when I reached out to management was just told it expired and can't be used for any future travel. do not book with these crooks, go on your own or find another tour company that is more flexible and helpful
