Chateau’s and Wine - Daniel and James were great tour guides. They made it fun and offered lots of information and suggestions to go to in Paris upon our return.

Perfect way to maximize your time in Loire Valley! - Daniel and James were friendly, informative, and entertaining! This tour perfectly balanced group sightseeing with solo exploration, and the wine tasting was a nice bonus. It was also convenient to have the bus pick us up and drop us off in a central location in Paris.

A beautiful fairytale day - James and Daniel were amazing! They were incredibly knowledgeable and provided facts, stories, and all of the history! The castles were beautiful and the wine stop was a great addition. What a wonderful day trip!

Wonderful trip to Loire Valley in France - We had an amazing trip! The whole tour staff was extremely professional and I have to tip my hat to Daniel in particular who is a wonderful tour guide: a walking history book and master storyteller who draws you into the scenes with ease. We will definitely book with City Wonders again. Thank you for the memories!

Great day with history and amazing pictures - We had an amazing tour, a lot of insights about history for palaces, guidance for what to visit and see also in Paris. Our tour guide Daniel was with really high energy level, which made our day fun and interesting!

Nice day trip to the Loire River and chateaus - We enjoyed the tour very much.
Our guides, Daniel and Deepal are wonderful.
The only complaint is that the bus seats are not so comfortable.

Somewhat lacking. - Not a very informative tour. Our guide gave a brief history during the lengthy bus ride, most of this time however everyone slept. Our group was pretty much on our own when we reached the castles as the guide does not accompany you. Lunch (which is not included) was at a restaurant where everyone sat separately so there was little opportunity to interact with other travelers. Wine tasting was the briefest part of the tour. To be fair, not a terrible experience but also not one I would recommend.
