This tour was as good as a choux pastry! - We loved this food tour. Today is our first day in Paris the the tour really helped us orient to La Marais and to Paris in general. Betsy was a great guide, very attentive and personable and energetic and thoughtful. She shared interesting facts about French history (the volcano in Iceland that led to crop destruction that led to the hunger preceding the French Revolution, and the history of AOC cheeses and wines in France). I will always order a traditionelle baguette in the future!). We enjoyed the group and the range of food options (my husband and daughter loved the beef bourguinon pita sandwiches and I loved the choux pastry) and tastings. Honestly, I think this was just wonderful and would certainly recommend Betsy and also Eating Europe.
