Visit to Musee d’Orsay - Anna is a wonderful guide with lots of information and humour. She explained everything really well! Lovely experience!

D'Orsay Timed Entry - The timed entry at the D'Orsay museum was truly amazing and efficient. The audio and efficiency of the entry made this a 10/10 experience alongside the great Viator service.

A wonderful short break. - We enjoyed a wonderful short break in Paris taking in the d'Orsay Museum and an opera. If we had not purchased tickets and booked in advance , we would have been turned away.

Beautiful, Architecture, Impressionist Paintings - We had just a few short days in Paris. It was WONDERFUL to walk in with priority admission. We loved the museum and loved the restaurant.

Too crowded - Exhibit was terribly crowded. You are selling far more tickets than the venue can hold. Tour groups completely blocked one room. And your constant reminders on the days leading up to the event were irritating. I wont book through yiu again.

Horrible experience. Rude employees! - The museum was super crowded, it was also raining really hard and the lines were so long that there was a two hr wait to enter. So the museum did not try to make the wait more bearable by putting out tents or getting the line to move faster. We had 13h ticket and we were eating outside until 13h30. Soaking wet with four small children. The museum should be ashamed of how they mistreated their guests. I will never return to this museum they were rude and unkind to the hundreds of people who were paying to see their art. Shame shame shame.

Too little too late - The link sent to me opened with a link that didn’t open. After multiple tries at the venue to go via website or application to download the tickets I contacted Viator regarding the problem. By the time I received the response our time a lot passed and we would only be able to go through general admission and not timed entrance which defeated the purpose of buying the ticket. We chose not to stand in the 2 hr line and left without using tickets. Next time I’ll buy direct through vendor. This isn’t the first time I had problems with Viator and their technical and guide issues.

Very unhappy with Service - I had trouble downloading the tickets. After many tries. I was able to access them in my hotel room, however, at the museum I was unable to. I stood outside in the cold for about 15 minutes, trying to get them. All I could find was this is not your ticket click here to access your tickets. And it never worked. I’m not stupid, but I could not trigger this out. So I spent $37 to get a ticket while I was there I just went into a different line and bought it for $14. Very frustrating! I did not bother to call Customer Service because I was standing out in the cold and needed to get inside.

Don’t book a ticket... - Don’t book a ticket
The queue for those without tickets moved 10 times quicker
Even with a priority ticket and confirmed time, had to queue for 45 mins. Booked for 12.30, was 1.15 before we got in. Lots of people skipping the queue as no management
