Not worth it - This was NOT worth it. It is half the price to just buy the ticket at Admissions and the audio guide in the museum. There was no line! No value add here by buying through Viator.

Fantastic Impressionism Museum - You can probably enter the location earlier than the ticket time Museum opens at 9:30 and gets very crowded as the day goes on Hit the floors you really want to see first

Great service for last minute tickets to popular places - Got a last minute ticket to the d'Orsay to see a show that was closing. No tickets were available on the museum's website so I tried this. Well worth the extra cost.

This worked great. We... - This worked great. We got in 15 minutes early. Museum. Be careful in the neighborhood. We had a phone taken but solid on going police action got it back.

Aborted visit. - Very crowded. Art was amazing.
Had to evacuate due to “technical difficulties” .
Unable to return. I was not given any further explanation or return voucher.

Musee Dorsay - So unbelievably crowded, priority tickets didn’t matter. Two men almost came to blows in the line/circular door entrance before security. Very unpleasant.

Crowded and hot - 5 flights of stairs with no elevator - In June 2025, the museum was crowded and hot. People were literally elbow to elbow. Impressionist's works are on the 5th floor, and there are no elevators. Escalators only go down. I've seen better traveling displays for Monet and van Gogh in the USA.

Unable to use my tickets - I did not get in with these tickets could not access them on my phone. Had to buy two more tickets which were not priority. Also i had no confirmation of these tickets until i received your text the day before which was useless to me. I would like a refund
