Lovely Gardens! - Lovely, well organized tour. The gardens were beautiful and Alexandra was a great guide. I may have missed it in the fine print, but I do wish they had mentioned bringing your own headphones for the audio guide tour.

1/2 day trip to Giverny - Great trip. Enough time to see the gardens and house. A few words about all the artworks (fake) in the house would have been helpful. Seeing the Lily ponds in person(at last) was a treat.

Beautiful but Crowded - The gardens were beautiful! It was a treat to see the Lily Ponds that inspired my paintings. Unfortunately, we had very little time to see anything other than the gardens. Our time on site was very short. It was very crowded which made seeing everything difficult. Not enough time to see the house or spend much time in the gift shop. I’m very happy that I had the chance to see it but would not recommend this tour.

Exceptional way to check off the “Bucket List”. - This was a dream come true trip for me and it lived up to my expectations. The gardens are spectacular, and the house was really splendid too. Our guide was extremely helpful. The only problem with the tour was the audio guide. I expected to be given some kind of audio device. Instead we had to download an App onto our phone. It used up the battery in my Iphone, and even though I had a cord for charging there was no way to charge on the bus. My phone died as I returned to Paris and I was unable to access my bus pass, or my tickets for my visit to L’Orangerie. Luckily the bus stops and buses had charging, so at least I could use my navigation system. There was also no WiFi on the bus. This would have used less power. I would have packed a cordless charger if I had known.

Memorable - The gardens were beautiful and memorable. I would suggest that you make your tours all guided rather than some with the guide and others not. We left our bus and were totally lost as to how to find the entrance and move through the exhibit. Most of the people on the bus were taking guided tours, but through a misunderstanding on our part, we did not select that option. It just didn’t make sense to have some taking part and others not.

Traffic delays resulted in only 75 minutes before Giverny closed. Need to be able to walk! - I would not recommend taking this tour in the afternoon, or if you have any mobility issues. From a mobility standpoint, once we walked from the metro station to the meeting point, we then had to walk 1/2 mile to get on the bus. Slower walkers were quick to fall behind the trek down the street to the bus. Afternoon tours are not the best as there were traffic delays which caused us to arrive late, but Giverny closes at 6 pm no matter what. We only had 1 hour 15 minutes to see Giverny, the garden and pond, house and the shop. Not the best experience.

Audio tour flaw - This was to have been an audio guided tour, but we were not told that it would be a download to our cell phones or that we would have to have our own earbuds to have the tour be private to us. In addition, one of us didn’t have a cell phone, so didn’t get to do anything. Other grouis on The same bus got quiet boxes and earphones and many of us got essentially nothing usable.

Skip - We were not given any audio for this. we didn't have internet which you need to get the audio. no mention when booking. Waste of money train would have been a better choice.
