Our professional distillers will guide you during 2 and a half hours, and you will learn the secrets of distillation, how to choose the botanicals, the different styles of gin that exist and of course, you will get to taste some delicious homemade cocktails, whilst creating your own gin! You will have the opportunity to fashion a unique recipe by choosing the different plants, herbs and spices yourself. You will then distill this selection of botanicals yourself on a tiny copper pot still. And finally, you will be able to customize your own label and leave with your very own 70cl bottle of gin.

The distillery is located at 52, rue de l'arbre sec in Paris, at the back of the courtyard. To access, you must come through the large blue door and walk straight towards the end of the courtyard.

Fun, tasty, educational, with a souvenir! - Such a great time and I would highly recommend to anyone, even those who might not love gin! We went as a group of 4, two of us who really like gin and two who don't. It was so interesting to learn about the science behind making gin. Then you get to sample a few different kinds of gin. After that you get to make your own gin! For the two who didn't like gin so much it was nice as they got to flavor in a way that they would personally enjoy. At the end you get to bottle your gin and design your own label before you take it home. On top of that, they provided some delicious local snacks to munch on while you made your own. We had so much fun and after our trip, we had a great excuse to hang out again and try all of our gins. 10/10 would absolutely do it again!

SUper experience! To be redone - We had a great time, in addition to creating our own gin, there are 2 tastings and a small aperitif board.

Great experience! - A super friendly welcome, Charlotte and Joanna led this workshop with enthusiasm and pedagogy, it is super nice to leave with her own Gin composed ourselves.
Tasting throughout the workshop of different gins, and a nice salt plate to enhance everything

Fan of gin, the workshop is essential!!!! - Really great! I had booked this workshop for my husband who is a Gin fan and we were not disappointed! Nicolas who animated the activity that day is really good. Professional, kind explains very well. Not too much theory, just what makes you know gin. Throughout the workshop we receive attentions that please. And at the end what pride to have created your own gin from start to finish and bottled. All promises are kept! To do without hesitation

A workshop to discover. - Offered for a friend's birthday, we spent a very nice and informative morning. One of the Charlottes welcomed us and took us to discover the secrets of making the Gin. Fun, creative experience that far exceeded my expectations. At least six stars! - The idea of creating a unique gin is great. The way Charlotte hosted the class made the whole experience exceptional! The place is hidden away from the street, and equipped with individual stills to make your own gin. There’s a huge range of flavors available to add to your still. Charlotte helped guide each of us towards balanced, complex combinations that highlighted our personal preferences. The cocktails and food provided during the event were also delicious!
Highly recommend, even if you’re not a fan of gin. Will go again the next time I’m in Paris.

Amazing experience - I can't believe there are so few reviews as this was by far one of the most fun and educational activities we did within our many/9 trips to Paris! What a great idea for those who want to take home a unique souvenir and memory. The location is very central and easy to get to. The distillery is small but extremely clean (beyond!), new and inviting. The process in making your own gin was done creatively and highly enjoyable. We are definitely going back in the spring or next fall and taking family and friends. Brilliant experience and very memorable.
