An Unforgettable Culinary Experience! - What an amazing experience with Stephan! His passion for his craft was evident—not only in his cooking but in his deep knowledge of culinary history and the science behind baking. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had as a family, and I highly recommend it. Stephan went above and beyond to accommodate my wife, who is celiac, by making a delicious gluten-free galette just for her. His recipes and techniques are not only incredible but also easy to take home and recreate—wherever that may be! If you’re in Paris and looking for a hands-on culinary experience, this is a must-do. Stephan is fantastic with families, and our 12-year-olds absolutely loved it!

As so many reviews have noted, Stephane is an outstanding teacher, chef, raconteur, and ambassador for the remarkable foods known as crepes and galettes (he'll explain what that last one means and where it fits into the story). Both the setting -- Stephane's crepe restaurant -- and the host couldn't be more authentic and committed to helping you have a great experience. The three hours flies by, and he makes it all very engaging and even inspiring. You leave feeling that you've a special experience that you'll long remember. Highly, highly recommended.

Truly an AMAZING crepe making class! - As someone who’s taken many cooking classes before, I can honestly say Stephane’s amazing sweet crepe making class has been by far the best! The crepes themselves are absolutely delicious but the true star is Stephane himself. He is truly a master crepe chef that’s put alot of time and attention in teaching this class. It was well organized, instructional, super fun and left us feeling like we were cooking with a friend. He was patient with instruction, showed us technique and sprinkled in his charm and humor in between. My husband and I had a great experience taking this class and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. I left inspired and can’t wait to make these crepes at home for our family. Great afternoon in Paris! - What a terrific afternoon in Paris! Stephane was engaging, entertaining, and knowledgeable. He shared baking tips that were relevant not just to crepe making, but more generally as well. This was a fun, hands-on learning experience!

Take this class - you will love it! - Wow! What a fantastic time we had learning the art of true Crêpe making from Stephane! He is an amazing person. He taught us not only about crêpes but also about history and culture, and he does it with so much humor and style. We were laughing so much as we learned. And then we had the chance to practice our new skills with Stephane’s help and guidance… and then we got to taste and eat our creations! So delicious! This class is a must if you really want to learn and have a great time!

So much fun! - My husband and I decided to try this class while we were in Paris and we are so glad that we did! Stephane was an amazing teacher and so much fun to learn from. Not to mention the crepes were absolutely delicious. There were plenty of options for topping the crepes and his directions were so thorough and easy to follow, we felt like experts when we were done (though we are definitely not, but we made crepes and they tasted good!) We had so much fun, we're even discussing booking the class again when next we find ourselves in Paris. If you're in the area and looking for something fun to do, I highly recommend spending some time making crepes with Stephane!

Amazingly Memorable - Learning to make crêpes from Chef Stéphane was such a a treat for me and my husband! Stéphane was a ball of energy while teaching us the correct techniques, the history of the crêpe, and sharing his secrets. The class was in his restaurant which added to the experience as now we can say we learned to make crêpes from a Master Crêpe Maker in his restaurant in Paris! It was the most memorable experience and the perfect end to our trip. If you're considering a cooking class, take this one!

Best thing we did while in Paris - This was the best activity my daughter and I did while in Paris. Stephane taught us so much and introduced so much humor that were we're laughing throughout. I highly recommend this class for a true Parisian experience - and one you can take home and practice again and again when you miss the flavors of France. Thank you so much Stephane, we both had a great time! Oh and the crepes were delicious!

Solo participants don’t get to participate. - The class was cancelled because I was only one who booked the class that day. The proprietor emailed me, but I don’t read my emails when I’m on vacation. Spent thirty euros on uber to/from location. Oh well. I don’t blame the proprietors, but I sure wish Viator didn’t send me a text one hour before the class started that they hoped I would enjoy it. Lesson-check your email constantly, I guess.
