Delightful! - Terrific experience! Stephane has a LOT of energy, and is genuinely passionate about preparing crepes and galettes. Not only did we learn the ins and outs of preparing the batter and cooking the crepes, but we gained some really great insight into the culture and history of the Breton region from which these delights originate. Must-Do in Paris! Learn to Make Crepes from a True Pro - We had the most incredible experience at Caramel Sarrasin with Stéphane! This crepe class was hands down the highlight of our time in Paris. Stéphane is not only a true professional when it comes to crepe making, but also a fantastic teacher warm, engaging, and fun! He guided us through every step of creating the perfect crepe, no lumps, just the right texture, and techniques we’ll be using for years to come. Our daughters (9 and 11) had an absolute blast, and my husband and I enjoyed every minute too. It was such a special and memorable family experience, and we left feeling very full! We can’t wait to recreate Stéphane’s magic back home for our friends and family. Highly, highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Paris!
