Crazy Horse- Elegance and Sexyness - We have been to the Crazy Horse twice before and both times we were not disappointed. The show is very elegant and sexy, it is a unique show. The dancers impress with their professionalism and elegance. A small venue with a great charm and you can see very well from every seat on the stage.

Good Show - When first considering visiting Paris we weren't sure if we would go for a show, but I'm glad that we did. The only thing I would mention is be careful of outerwear because they can be pretty serious about whether or not you hang it on the chair you will be sitting in.

Don’t waste your time or money ! - Unfortunately, despite trying to enjoy the show, it was a complete disappointment. The majority of the time, the girls performed basic dance and pole dance moves with some clever lighting. However, three solo acts were somewhat interesting. The only saving grace was the comedian. Overall, it was a waste of money and a 90-minute ordeal.

Very disappointed - I had a great memory of the Crazy Horse, having been there about fifteen years ago. It's changed a lot since then, very disappointed now. Whether by the staff or by the show, it is no longer worth the visit.

Disappointed with the lack of compassion and flexibility - We recently had a very disappointing experience with Viator/Crazy Horse Event. Due to a genuine mix-up in dates, my mum and I missed the scheduled night for an event we were extremely excited about and had spent over $500 on. Realizing the mistake, I reached out immediately to see if there was any possibility to attend on one of the following nights, especially since these were consecutive shows. Rather than exploring any potential options—like suggesting we wait in case of no-shows or offering to assist in any way—the response was a flat "Sorry, we cannot refund your tickets or offer you entry to other sold-out nights." While I understand policies are in place, what was most disappointing was the lack of effort or empathy. A simple, “Let us see what we can do,” or guidance on how we might try our luck at the door would have gone a long way. It’s a shame that such a memorable and meaningful experience turned into a frustrating one—not because of the missed date, but because of how it was handled. Customer service and human understanding should matter, especially when people are spending hundreds of dollars to support your event.
