Our group of 4 had a wonderful experience on our private half day tour of Casco Viejo, Amador, and the Miraflores gate of the canal, and we learned so much from Oliver about the history of it all. Oliver was professional, communicative, friendly, and engaging. He accommodated our timing, and he ensures each group arrives at the canal at the perfect time to see a ship pass through the lock (he even showed us how he uses an app to track the progress of the very ship we would later see at Miraflores). As we learned, Panama has been at the center of geopolitical maneuvering for hundreds of years. As the tour progressed, Oliver revealed pieces of this history and by the end, they all fell into place. We would recommend this tour to anyone.
