• Gatun Lake - The journey begins at Puerto Providencia, located on the shores of Lake Gatun, where the group will arrive at a private property to board a boat.
• Indigenous Embera - The group will be welcomed at the village by their hosts. They will visit the Embera village of Cimarron, where Host Xio will introduce them to traditional recipes.
• Lake Gatun - The group will return to the private dock, passing by islands teeming with wildlife. They will arrive at Puerto Providencia to board the bus back to Panama City.
