  This journey starts with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in downtown Panama City or Casco Viejo. After a 50-minute van ride, you’ll arrive at the Chagres River’s edge. A canoe will transport you to a higher point for the kayaking adventure. As you paddle along the river, the current will assist you, making this adventure suitable for those with no prior kayaking experience and safe for non-swimmers.
• Chagres National Park - During the trip, we’ll take a 20-minute hike through the lush rainforest, navigating through mud, sand, and slippery rocks, leading to a pristine waterfall. Enjoy the invigorating experience of swimming in this natural oasis, a perfect way to connect with nature! Afterwards, we’ll continue our journey down the river to an Embera tribe village. Here, you’ll enjoy a traditional lunch and have the chance to change into dry clothes in the available facilities before exploring their exquisite handicrafts.
  After a day filled with adventure and cultural exploration, a canoe will return us to the van, allowing you to relax and unwind as we head back to your accommodation.
