Great romantic getaway in San Blas - I booked a tour with the San Blas wild through viator and the viator rep mislead me stating the tour will be done by 4pm to arrive in Panama City. San Blas wild quickly reached out via WhatsApp and explained we will end in San Blas at 4pm but not arrive in Panama until 6-7 thus I would not make my 6:30 flight. They cancelled the tour for me through viator given me a full refund. Seeing that I was disappointed they offered me a solution, a private tour for a little more but ensuring I would get done by 2pm to arrive in Panama by 4 pm to catch flight. San Blas wild your director advised me my now private driver and his info.. shortly after My driver Jake texted me the afternoon before letting me know his name car and color of the car he would be driving plus a pick up drop off from my own origination. Jake arrived on time and let us know this was now a private tour and the 4x4 was for me and my wife only! After a few hour drive we arrived to great another private canoe.. tour operator was super friendly and took us to the Guna villages to explain heritage.. after, we arrived in dog island to stay for 3 hours (along the way our private guide explained why there were 49 islands and what dog island represents) after the 3 hour stay we headed over to nature pool for 45 mins (guide explained that this was once a island but went under water) then we arrived at nabu (I believe that’s the name) island for lunch (food was great, guide even gave us extra chicken as we though we would get octopus and chicken but it was one or the other) and another unique beach experience where we seen that you can fly in and stay at this particular island like a resort after we left to head back to San Blas we’re Jake was there on time waiting for us to take us directly back to our origination port. 10 out of 10 recommend private tour !

Region Guna Yala is a paradise! - We very much appreciate the attention of Reny and the natives of Devil Island who made our stay a unique and unforgettable experience. We stayed one night in a Cabin within the island which had all the necessary amenities, they also have a very good restaurant and even a small bar to enjoy the local cocktail. We could also visit other tourist attractions such as a natural pool and another island that we loved called “Dog Chico”. We highly recommend this agency to be encouraged to enjoy a very relaxed and quiet weekend a few hours from Panama City.

Beautiful and unique experience - We are very pleased with the treatment and services offered. From the Reservation with Jonathan who guided us with very clear instructions and answered all our questions; and all the staff involved in the tour. We made the stay until the next day and it was quite an adventure. Very fresh and delicious food. We loved the Diablo and Perro Chico islands with their beautiful beaches. Thank you. Visit to San Blas - Excellent agency, they were watching us from the moment we made the reservation days before. The day of the tour they stayed all day with us and we had a very nice day. Highly recommended the agency and staff that accompanied us.

An agency that is responsible for solving and resolving - San Blas Wild is an agency that solves and solves all the time. On my family trip we forgot some suitcases at the port, and they found them to deliver them intact, despite our distractions. Additionally, my family changed the plan several times, and they adapted to our needs. The friendliness of the drivers both on the way there and back was splendid, so much so that we took good friends along on the trip. I leave one piece of information that the family members would have liked on the island tours, that these were longer and with more islands because they felt somewhat brief and rushed. From the Kuna community, we made good friendships, and interesting talks about their fighting style, customs and lives. Also, this is a personal perception, I would have liked the plates of food to be more abundant, however, this does not limit the local seasoning and effort to deliver these foods, that is to say: they were delicious and I understand the dynamics and the production chain for get them to our tables.

A light at the end of the tunnel - The long journey is worth it in the end! Everything excellent! We thought it was very good that even though we couldn't make it through the first day because there was a power pole blocking the road, they transferred us to the islands the next day at no additional cost! Something that stood out greatly was the driver Ausel who took us from the city to the port, an excellent person, very helpful and friendly! San Blas without a doubt a hidden paradise!

Heist - Alert! I can't call it anything else: It's a robbery. They have a return pending for me. I paid for a multi-day tour. I find out that for the last day I was not paid, supposedly by mistake. They explicitly told me that they would refund the unbooked day. They always made excuses not to return the money despite the options I gave them. They blocked me on WhatsApp and also on Instagram. What they are doing by blocking me and not answering me is confirming that they are keeping my money. Be very careful and I recommend not counting on this agency!
