Great time! - I had a great time with Jonathan, it was a really thoughtful and in depth tough of the old town. It also essentially turned into a tasting tour which was a lovely surprise. He gave us plenty of great recommendations for restaurants and bars as well as sights to see. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to know more about Panama.

Exceeded expectations, super informative and great way to see the city - Really good way to see the city, fun and enjoyable, the guide gave us lots of treats trying experiences and the radio system worked super well so we could hear him really easily without disruption when cycling etc.

Highly recommended - Highly recommended, we visit local areas and taste typical Panamanian flavors. The tour lasts around 3 hours, I found the tour very good and the ease of audio through hearing aids.

Great experience - I really enjoyed this gastronomic bike tour in Panama. The guide, a local, was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights about the city, its architecture, and its food culture. The bikes were in great condition, and riding around while learning so much made the experience even better. It was a perfect mix of gastronomy, history, and exploration. I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing bike tour of the city with great history and Panamanian cuisine sampling! - This tour went above and beyond my expectations. Jonathan is a local tour guide with extensive knowledge providing very interesting history and insights of the city. Majority of what he shows and tells you would be otherwise missed by tourists and brings such an interesting perspective. You also get to stop and sample different Panamanian food and drinks throughout the tour. Would highly highly recommend!

Great tour - highly recommend! - Really enjoyed the tour with Jonathan! Having the ear piece was great so we could get information as we cycled around. He answered all our questions and provided insights into Panamanian culture, gastronomy, politics, etc. It was a hot day but we took lots of breaks and we were well looked after by Jonathan. I really recommend this tour for anyone interested in learning a bit more about Casco Viejo AND Santa Ana.

Great guide EN nice bike ride. Including tasting on DE market. Super fun! - A great bike ride with a very good guide. He tells DE much about DE history of the city, very interesting . Because he grew up there more info EN background information. At DE market he has us a lot of bars EN tastes and that gave an extra dimension to DE trip. He took all the time to take pictures of us EN and even a drone video. His English was also very good! I would definitely recommend DE bike ride. Preferably on DE first day I Panama so you can follow all his restaurant tips. We followed EN 2 (Enkai and Taco’s DE Nero) EN both very good!
