Book this but have our uber app ready just in case. - These buses are always a nice way to see the city when you arrive. The drivers were friendly. I would say they do need to invest in a few more buses. Ours broke down at the beginning of our ride, they got us onto another bus quickly, but they only have 2 buses that run the routes a day so it is a bit of a wait if you miss the timing of a pick up. I recommend them but make sure you have the uber app ready just in case to get you caught up to the other stops. We got off to see the Panama Canal (it was awesome!) but missed the timing to get back on the bus so we took an uber (it was inexpensive) to catch up to the next stop we would have exited at. This worked well for us, but we were prepared for this option. The bus did not run late on the Thursday we rode it.

Excellent Tour. Worth every penny!!! Photo ops galore!!! - This tour was FAR more than we expected. Check out the pic I provide showing all the stops that we made!!! Not only were we so happy to have 16 stops, instead of 6, our tour guide was EXCELLENT!!! He provided history, information, and facts along the way in both English and Spanish. This tour was worth every penny we paid for it.

Not the best choice for us, sadly. - The online reservation system said be at the starting point at 9:45 when I bought our tickets. We arrived at 9:30 and then waited until 11:00 for the bus to arrive. It filled up with others who arrived after us. We then waited for a 2nd bus, admittedly not long, but I was hot and tired of standing for 1.5 hours in the heat. Not the best tour we've done and we've taken this sort of tour in other cities. A lot of overlap, same streets traveled, etc.

Just Ok - Overall an ok tour as we got to see Panama City. However the bus was old and bumpy. Not much attractions to see. Couldnt hear the guide very clearly but she was very nice.

Never showed up - We showed up at 930 for a 945 bus. Waited. Waited. Left at 11 when there was no sign of a bus. We’re expecting a refund shortly, thankfully.

Garbage tour - Terrible tour. The bus is late and only comes one every hour. Translation was poor and the volume was too low to hear anything
