Tasty Adventure - First, if you are driving down to Casco Viejo, I suggest that you park at Cosco parking lot is only $5. It’s just past the Basilica & Nome’ chocolate at the end of Calle san Ignacio. Now on to our chocolate. There were 5 of us in my group all family plus 2 other ladies. The young lady that was conducting our tour was very informative and professional. She told us where they found their Cocoa beans in Panama and how they were processed from beginning to end. She explained how they fermented the cocoa beans, sun-dried, sorted, and roasted the beans. We were able to taste what the beans were like at each stage. As she was doing this, we could see ladies behind her through a reviewing window, making more chocolate Creations. As we learned how to temper chocolate, we made our own chocolate bars, adding dried fruits &/or nuts. As those were cooling, we went downstairs to the café, where she continued our tour and we tasted many different kinds of chocolate while enjoying a sparkling champagne. At the end of the tour, we received our chocolate bar that we had created ourselves plus, we purchased many more tasty creations before we left. We highly recommend this tour. After we enjoyed a stroll & shopping around the square.

Had a great time!! - We had a great time at this chocolate class, we didn’t know the tasting and prosecco would be included so that was a fun and delicious surprise. The class leader Nina was super knowledgeable and patient with everybody. She led the class in multiple languages and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this for all age groups!

Panamanian Cocoa - A great experience in Casco Viejo/Antiguo in a boutique chocolatier shoppe that offers a great education of Panamanian Cocoa and the added bonus of making your own chocolate bar!

In love with the cocoa - I had the absolute best time at Nomé. The experience was luxurious compared to other chocolate classes I have attended in other countries. The prosecco pairing elevated the experience. Our instructor was perfect...very knowledgeable, polite and engaging. Everyone at Nomé is pleasant. I highly recommend this experience.

Cute demonstration - Store was beautiful but definitely over booked. Took away from the experience. Not enough seats and hard to see. Took a long time for all the people to pour the chocolate into bars then no one could find their correct bar. Not labeled etc. too pricey for what was covered.
