Overall great experience.... - Overall great experience. Our driver picked us up from the airport earlier than expected. I was nervous when booking because our flight landed around 1:30pm and with going through customs I didn’t want to book the shuttle too early so we booked for 3pm, but arrived 30 minutes early which was great. Although we had a mishap with our Airbnb and the address the driver was more than patient to figure out where to drop us. Definitely recommend this private transportation.

Shuttle experience back and for from Panajachel, Guatemala - The driver we had back and for from Panajachel was an attentive and helpful person fully punctual. Dereck, our driver, was 10 minutes before our departure for Panajachel. And when coming back to Guatemala City, he was there punctually and ready to take us back to our Airbnb lodging. Though the trip to Panajachel, or back to Guatemala CIty, is a winding road, he made the ride pleasant in spite of the bumps on the road in each town we had to cross. On the other had, William Morales, the gentleman who contacted me prior our trip to know where to pick us up, nicely told us about the costumes document we had to complete before arriving in Guatemala, which was a very helpful detail ahead of time. In general, if we decided to go back to Guatemala for vacation, I would definitely count on this shuttle service.

Great transfer service with Carlos! - Carlos was great! He got us from the airport earlier than expected (in the best way) and drove us all the way to our hotel in San Marcos La Laguna, all while telling us about the history of areas we were driving through and also providing us with some yummy banana chip snacks. It is a long drive, but this transfer service is great and I would 100% recommend Carlos. He is amazing!

Safe, reliable, and friendly shuttle service! - William and team were amazing!! My group and I used their services multiple times during our month stay in Guatemala. All of the drivers were professional and friendly, and we always felt safe in their hands. The team really went above and beyond, extremely accommodating with both our pickup times and locations. They even brought us to market on our trip from Atitlan to Antigua! Will definitely be using their services the next time I'm in Guatemala!

From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience. Despite some last-minute mishaps with our flights, they accommodated us without hesitation. Traveling with kids can be stressful, but their thoughtful service made all the difference. They even provided booster seats for the kids, which was such a relief! The driver was incredibly safe, friendly, and knowledgeable about the areas we traveled through, sharing insights that added to our experience. He regularly checked in with us to see if we needed bathroom breaks, snacks, or even had a music preference. Navigating Guatemala's intense traffic is no small feat, and it was such a comfort to have someone experienced handling it for us.
