Osman is one of the best tour guides - I booked this the day before after reading the great reviews. I can confirm the communication of the tour company was brilliant! They kept me informed about pick up times. Osman our tour guide was extremely helpful. Very informative and knew all the facts. He kept the jokes going throughout the day. Very polite and a delight to be around. Thank you Osman! Highly recommend booking this particular experience as the hot air balloon ride is one of a kind, followed by breakfast and 3 hours at the historic centre, where there are pools, museums, ruins, a lot to do in 3 hours and finally finishes off with a buffet style lunch. Ps: for anyone who wants a dip in the pool, bring a swimsuit and towel. I followed that tip from another review and very grateful that I did as the hot springs pool is worth a plunge. Amazing - The driver and guide are super friendly and kind. I'm happy with the tour, the only thing I was sad about was taking the risk of not having the tour, and going late when the sky wasn't so beautiful with lots of balloons. I imagined one thing and something else happened. But I understand that unforeseen events happen and that it was no one's fault. But thanks God we did it and it was certainly worth the experience. Ah, the breakfast wasn't the best, but the lunch was perfect!.

A great experience- don’t miss out on this if you are visiting Antalya. - The experience was very good, picked up on time with private air conditioned minibus. The hot air balloon ride was an amazing experience and I felt safe at all times. Hierapolis ancient city was also really worth it, I recommend paying the entrance to see it. Overall the tour was really good and worth the money and our tour guide explained to us different history and facts during our drives and at Hierapolis Ancient City. If you want to swim in the Antique pool remember to bring towel and swimsuit.

Connect with locals and enjoy views - The driver and tour guide were amazing, nice, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout the whole trip. The air balloons is definitely a great experience for anyone willing to try. The views were great and the whole process was well explained. The food was good, with the lunch being particularly great. However when visiting Pamukkale note that there are extra entry fees such as for entering the cleopatra pool. Also, the Pamukkale water is not as perfect as advertised. Yes the water and white stone is gorgeous but the nice part you are not even allowed to go in, and the other parts are extremely shallow. The images depict a serene scape of natural pools that you can take a dip in however that's just Instagram not the reality, in reality people don't often sit or lay in the waters, only put their feet in them. Also note that walking on the white stones can be very painful on the feet as there are sharp rocks and slippery edges. Besides this, the tour was fantastic, a definite recommend. You can find whatever you are looking for.

Good experience but could be better - The balloon ride was amazing, but the pick up was not comfortable and AC not working properly (40 degree outside). The tour afterwards kind of wasting time. Lunch was good.

Waste of time and very tiring day - This is a very disorganized and tiring excursion. We were picked up at 1:50 AM from our hotel. Then followed a bumpy bus ride for several hours. My friend and I attempted sleep but the passenger behind me threw a fit about reclining the seats. Then, once we finally arrived at the hot air balloon destination, the sun had already started rising. Our tour guide Ali then asked for 16 people to get on the tour bus for the hot air balloon so everyone rushed to the van. However, there were more than 16 participants so the rest of us were told that we would have to wait until the first round of people finished their ride. That was extremely unprofessional as we were expecting a sunrise hot air balloon ride and not told that there would be multiple waves. Eventually, we did make it on the ride and it was a enjoyable 30 minutes journey. (I would recommend booking directly with the hot air balloon company) Then, we had breakfast which was ok. There were lots of bus logistics issues which meant a lot of waiting around while on little sleep. Then, we were taken to the "Onyx factor" which is a total scam for tourists. Then, we went to the historical site for 3-4 hours which was way too long honestly. After that we had an okay lunch and headed back. They made us stop at another tourist shop on the way back. The bus ride back was even more terrible as we had to wait around to switch buses. Finally when we got on the van to go back to our hotel, the bus driver proceeds to get lost. We did not make it home until 20:00. After the bus driver drove past our hotel even when we said to stop, we decided to just walk back because we could not stay on the bus anymore. Overall, this was a horrible excursion and I would NOT recommend. The 30 minute balloon ride was really great but not worth the 17 hours of hassle. Book with a better company
