Amazing Trip! Once in a lifetime! - We had the most Amazing time! If you are second guessing this tour because of price or too good to be true don’t! It really is amazing! It is a long day but the tour more than accommodate for stops. You need to remember you are going to a balloon site beyond the mountains and it’s not a 2 minute walk!
Take some cash - euros - lira etc and you can pay by card at the heritage site.
Extra charges are Hierapolis 30 euro and if you want to go in cleopatras pool ( highly recommend ) it’s 700tl - no photos in the pool ( can around the pool there is also toilets cafe snacks here. If you decide not to go into the world heritage site there are cafe snacks shop etc . The pools at pemmukke are amazing - pools all full in the new year obviously they are hot.
The hot air balloon Wow what’s can I say worth every second , start to finish it is beautiful - we got to see the full balloon set up and you can see some of the salt in the distance on the mountain and it’s just phenomenal! The staff are so lovely - you will get asked for your passport details before your flight this is standard. The champagne is very tasty and fruity not to worry. You have 45 minutes in the air and there are lots of pretty balloons. You can see for miles. The men that deal with the balloons are very efficient and do a great job.
The coffee offered here which you may not be able to see because of the balloons is a full coffee van so get yourself a good cuppa they have a full range and are a couple of euro. There is a man that will come ask and offers you one and bring it to you while you wait to board your balloon he is very efficient.
Breakfast is at a cafe and food is traditional Turkish breakfast. If you have kids / fussy eaters take snacks / buy at a stop. There is bread Nutella and honey though. Lunch is a Buffett and has everything from salad to Turkish to spaghetti and lots of desserts. drinks are extra and a soda is 3-4 euro.
If you are on this trip it is best to listen to your guide and drivers / pilot as things run promptly and to schedule. Always remember to tip as it is polite to do so! You will also get chance to go to an onyx factory ( if you want something onyx this is the place to buy it as not easily available online) and the leather shop you stop at has also a cafe and Turkish delight. Both are quick 15 minute rest breaks on the way back where you can also use the facilities but the onyx is beautiful and worth purchasing a goblet or 2 or a tankard!
Every thing runs to a tight schedule as it is a long but most amazing day!

Excellent smooth trip with our guide Inci - A smooth and well organised trip with good communication. The hot air balloon ride was awesome and it was amazing to see all the balloons rising with us. The Hierapolis excursion with its historical significance was also enjoyable. I’d like to give a special mention to our guide Inci. She was an enthusiastic guide who kept us on track, gave us plenty of useful information and prepped us to barter with the locals 🙃

What a way to greet to sun and step in to a history - The trip, while long, but because we took from Antalya, was very well organised. Pick up services informed close to the pickup time and with appropriate details.
The tour guide was well informed and was very happy to share facts, and answered many of my follow up questions and was very accommodating. If you take to tour from Antalya, as we did, it is a bit of sleepless night as you will.need to leave after midnight, but sunrise in hot air balloon felt like a very worthy reward. It was an amazing flight, definitely exceeded my expectations.
Visit to Hierapolis was great! The site is massive!! The guide was giving a lot of historical facts and this made a visit an interesting one.
I recommend it for sure, as you can catch up on lost sleep in the transport mini van or the next day, but worth is for sure!

Great experience! - It was a great experience. The bus trip from Antalya (Lara) to Pammukale is a long one, but definitely worth it. You travel in the night and have not been able to see anything of the surroundings
Upon arriving at the balloons being prepared, more of the environment becomes visible and then the final sunrise completes it. Then champagne after landing with the very friendly crew.

Birthday trip - The hot air balloon ride was amazing, we managed to see the sunrise. The breakfast was good, lunch was not bad. The tour of the city was good, the tour guide gave us a lot of information. The ride back was really long though since there was a complication with the transport and by the time we got back into the city we hit rush hour. Over all worth the money

Great hot air balloon ride - The view was wonderful. We took so many pictures. Here, the early rise was worth it.
Unfortunately, the trip was a bit clouded, as the tour guide was very verbose. There was either no or only poor information. Only in Pamukkale we were allowed to learn a bit about the story, this was then explained very easily and understandably. Furthermore, we felt that we were on a sales drive. There were 2 sales stops made. The included breakfast and lunch was very paltry and not appropriate to the description of the excursion.

Nice - We had an awesome time. I must say though, breakfast was a complete disgrace. It was so disappointing, as we had already been awake for 5-6 hours only to be met by dry bread and some mushy tomatoes. The rest of the trip was worth it and lunch was amazing. Overall I’d really recommend this trip

Connect with locals and enjoy views - The driver and tour guide were amazing, nice, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout the whole trip. The air balloons is definitely a great experience for anyone willing to try. The views were great and the whole process was well explained. The food was good, with the lunch being particularly great. However when visiting Pamukkale note that there are extra entry fees such as for entering the cleopatra pool. Also, the Pamukkale water is not as perfect as advertised. Yes the water and white stone is gorgeous but the nice part you are not even allowed to go in, and the other parts are extremely shallow. The images depict a serene scape of natural pools that you can take a dip in however that's just Instagram not the reality, in reality people don't often sit or lay in the waters, only put their feet in them. Also note that walking on the white stones can be very painful on the feet as there are sharp rocks and slippery edges. Besides this, the tour was fantastic, a definite recommend. You can find whatever you are looking for.
