Truly a Great Day - Picked up from hotel and was taken to the harbour area in Palma where we changed to our respective coaches for the day. All went smoothly. First stop was only 10mins away, the old wooden electric train to take us to Soller. The station was in the middle of nowhere with just a couple of huts selling drinks and offering the toilet before the hours train ride. Train left promptly and went across the plains to the mountains where we started to go through 1 of the 13 tunnels! There was a stop at a view point for 5mins which was stunning. On arriving in Soller we were ushered on to the tram which was right by the train station. We had to wait a short while before departing because of an incoming tram. Once that had arrived we set off. We passed shops and gardens so closely you could almost reach out and pinch someone's coffee or a lemon off a tree. I wouldn't advise trying it though! Once we got to the port of Soller we followed the promenade which was lovely. When the tram stopped we were ushered to the boat trip to take us to Sa Calobra. This was a regular ferry and there were a lot of day trippers on it. The boat trip lasted about 50mins passing some dramatic mountains and cliffs. On arriving at Sa Calobra we had 1h 40mins to get lunch and go to the river estuary which was 400m away along a promenade. One thing to note, the restaurants do self service so food is available immediately. We bought a baguette and pizza but then found we could've had a salad for the same price! The walk to the river is along a great promenade and if you are lucky you might see some goats along the route. We did! To access the river estuary you have to pass through the cliffs. There are two tunnels to walk through. You can get two people side by side in them. Once you come out of the 2nd tunnel...wow! It's an incredible sight of this massive estuary all dried up surrounded by massive cliffs looking like the landscape from Jurassic park. To the left is a stone beach area and between two massive cliffs is the sea. Everyone was crowded around this area. The sea was crystal clear. It was absolutely amazing. Just to point out while we were there the police caught a pickpocket and was asking all the coach drivers if anyone had anything missing so keep your valuables secure! From here the bus took us up and over the mountain on a very twisty road. If you don't like heights don't look down! We met a few crazy drivers who had to reverse back to let us through on several occasions. Our final stop was the old monastery at Lluc. If you treated this as a toilet stop it was fine. Don't get me wrong it was an amazing place and we did see the black Madonna but otherwise there wasn't much to do except use the toilet and buy a drink. By the way the drinks in the gift shop were cheaper than the bar! We eventually got back to our hotel just before 6pm having started at 8.30am so a full on day. What would've been nice was to get time to look around Soller or Port Soller rather than go to the monastery. Otherwise it was truly a great day.

Fantastic day out in Mallorca - This was an excellent tour! The guide was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited and drove through. He gave good instructions on where to meet after free time at some of the stops. It was great to spend the day using coach, train, tram and boat! The wooden train and tram were delightful and took us on a lovely journey through interesting landscapes and towns. The views from the boat were phenomenal, and Port de Sa Calobra was pretty. We definitely recommend walking through the tunnels and into the cove beyond! The driver did a great job going along the winding mountain roads dodging cyclists and cars, and we were able to see some breathtaking views along the way. The monastery was very peaceful and we enjoyed the botanical gardens. All in all a fantastic way to see more of Mallorca, a really great day out.

Good Opportunity to See A Lot of Mallorca - Everything went really smoothly with this tour, including pickup. Pickup can be confusing because at our stop there were a lot of buses picking up different tours at the same time. The train and tram rides were especially enjoyable. Our guide did a very good job of switching between languages and was very informative. I wish there had been time to stop in Soller, where a huge market was going on, or Port de Soller, with lots of nice restaurants. Instead we stopped at a cove for about 90 minutes, and it was clearly designed for tourists. There were about 5 “restaurants”, all self-service, cafeteria-style. Our food was cold (should have been hot), and looked like it was sitting out all day. There was one unappealing souvenir shop, so the stop was way too long. We did enjoy the beautiful drive over the mountains and the stop at the monastery. All in all, I would recommend the tour, but be forewarned that the lunch stop is disappointing.

Interesting outing to see part of the island - Nice excursion, with train/tram/boat The 2 hours of free time are nice at 12h otherwise it would be a bit "expeditious" Friendly guide.

trip not really satisfying - It was a bit of a cheat compared to the actual itinerary on the Viator website. Tour operator Transunion instead of the Lluc Monastery took us to the Leather shop and factory. It was totally no time in Soller even for one Cathedral picture. They moved us from the tram directly to the train. The rest of the trip was kind of nice. But we think that on the website trip plan should be actualise. People should know what they pay for, especially that cost are not low.

This is a convenient way... - This is a convenient way to see a lot of the island in a short amount of time. The train, tram and boat were a highlight. The organisation of the trip was good but there was no time spent in Soller or port of Soller and we felt like we were rushed through. The coach journey home is long.

The worst organized, communicated, and guided tour I've ever been on! - The worst organized, communicated, and guided tour I've ever been on! There was little guidance on the hotel-site pickup or drop-off (we had to change buses). Our guide was impressive, in that he spoke 4 languages fluidly and switched very easily between languages. However, it was not an English-only speaking guided tour, so we listened to 4 languages each time he was pointing out something which, by the time he got to English, we had usually passed by the site of interest--and he never shut up! I would DEFINITELY not take this tour again. It's only saving grace was that we did see some beautiful parts of Mallorca.

A day completely destroyed - If you want a tour operator that leave you behind while being in the bus stop they told 20 minutes earlier, then advice you to pay 15 euros or more to go immediately in another pick up point and again they don't show up, then go ahead. Destroy your day, pay for unnecessary taxi and still don't have the tour. A mockery
