Simply the best - This company is quite simply the best in Alcudia to arrange your trips, Lisa looked after us in organising our trip the Caves of Drach which was out of this world, the bus was fabulous and the guide was brilliant in pointing out facts along the way about Mallorca. What makes this company so amazing was whilst booking my trip to the Caves I just happened to mention to Lisa that it was my dream to go visit Rafa Nadal’s Tennis Academy however it was very difficult to get to from Alcudia, within 5 minutes of me leaving the shop she messaged me and said if I was still interested in going she could get me on the bus the next day which was going to the Caves and have me dropped off and collected to and from the Academy. Thank you so much Lisa for a first class service. Oooh and Rafa Nadal’s Tennis Academy is amazing if anyone has the opportunity to visit you certainly won’t be disappointed !!

The cave is pretty but the concert is spectacular! - The cave was pretty but the classical music concert was spectacular! At the end of the tour the audience is treated to a fantastic and unique experience of hearing a small orchestra play while they are on boats in the water. The acoustics are amazing!

Family visit - Caves good. Cafe on site reasonably priced. We went on a cloudy day and was a nice way to spend an hour or so. Large volume of people per hour visit, but after a while the crowd did disperse a bit. Concert and boat ride included. Maybe more for older kids (ours are 4 and 8, but I wouldn’t go with any kids younger than this). Very strict with silence and no phones (understandably) during concert.

Long ride to and from - the air conditioning was phenomenal on the commercial bus. . the caves were beautiful. be prepared… out of the 5 hour tour, the bus ride is 1 1/2 hours there and 1 1/2hour back. the cave is under an hour. given an hour to shop and grab a hot dog, mini pizza, or ice cream. the concert was classical musicians on a boat. boat ride is very short but an cute experience.

Worth a visit - Excellent experience and would be highly recommended. Near the town so we had lunch nearby and walked along the promenade. We only did the general tour and is very busy and rushed

Caves review August 25 - The tour guide was lovely, giving a small explanation on the way. However the tour itself was extremely deceiving. The “boat ride” was 2 minutes on a boat. There was no light show as well. Personally would recommend going there by bus/taxi and buying tickets there (there was no line at the ticket office and you have to wait in line to go into the caves anyways).

Abhorrent Customer Service (and I'm not a Karen) - The ad is false and customer support by email is not worthy of being called as such. We noticed that, given the location of our hotel, it was better to go to the cellars live. Only, we wondered if there was a difference in experience by going live so we asked questions by email. The person did not answer us and simply told us the appointment time. Okay, just fine again. Only, we are talking about small groups but they are 2 full buses that visit at the same time. The cave “guides” say constantly moving forward so it takes away tranquility during the visit. Then came the concert, if it is indeed of a good quality, it is extremely short!! The “boat” indicated in the ad is simply the fact of waiting 20 minutes clumped together against the other people pushing to go first, to simply cross the underground lake on an almost overloaded boat. If you want to visit the cellars, it’s a big yes but don’t go through a tour operator who gorges and then delivers a Service that is not one. Also, we were told to go directly to the entrances of the cave but, when we were going back, we were told that our QR Code was not valid and that we had to pick up our tickets at the bus supposed to drop us off. So we went back to the bus to take our ticket in extremis because it was going to leave. The visit to the Caves takes 1 hour.

Overrated - Not as spectacular as the advertisement. If you’ve ever been to a cave to see stalactites/stalagmites then this is nothing new or special. It was too crowded in such narrow spaces! At the end, a boat tour of the lake was a joke. First, it was like a 5 minute ride. Second, with the large crowds, we ran out of time.
