A cave worth seeing - It was a very successful trip. A cave worth seeing. The only criticism for us was that we were not driven to the hotel/pickup point on the return journey but only to Palma. Since we were in Palma more often we went directly to the hotel. But if you combine this trip with a visit to Palma, it's no problem at all

Caves of Drach - Our tour guide was well spoken and very informative. She was helpful with my family. We were eleven and she made very simple. Definitely would recommend this trip.

Beautiful caves, not a lot of time to enjoy them. - The Caves of Drach are beautiful and my family had a good time visiting such a remarkable natural formation. It was a long drive to get us there (2 hours each way) but that is unavoidable if they have to pick up dozens of people on a bus. It felt a bit rushed between the time we got to the caves and the time we had to be back at the bus (2 hours to get there, 2 hours visiting, 2 hours back).

Average Visit - Very expensive and far too busy. The boat at the end is a waste of time as the rides last 2 minutes !!! Too many people and very rushed. The location is hard to get too also. Just not worth it. Thanks.

Drive Yourself - The caves were beautiful but there is a high number of tourists, so trying to go early in the morning would be beneficial. The tour is not exactly guided; the tour guide speaks to the tourists while en route on the bus and repeats the same information in four languages. After bringing you to the caves they do not participate, so any history you learn about the caves is from reading a pamphlet. The pearl factory is nice but there are multiple pearl stores in Palma. I’d recommend purchasing a ticket and going to the caves outside of a tour as this one takes 2 hours round trip in a bus, so if you’ve rented a car, it just eats into time that you could spend elsewhere.

Caves where beautiful - Caves - beautiful caves, very busy but if you are the first one in - enough time to look around, the music sounded very nice and we stood an extra 30 min in a queue for the boat trip but you can walk through the path towards the exit. Driver - very professional driver especially in the Spanish culture, no harsh braking or sudden acceleration. Guide - very friendly and informative as he speaks fluently in 4 languages, please be aware there is no guide in the caves. 2 stars - only for the price, being too pushy with the time and misinformation. From the advertisement, you can understand that you are paying for the music concert and the boat trip but that is included in the general admission ticket ... that is why there is a very long queue for the boat trip. Take away the entrance to the caves tickets, wages for the bus driver and the guide plus bus maintenance and government taxes, and somebody takes more than 1000 euros into their pocket ... ** My advice if you are traveling on your own it is worth it but for 2 people and more, it is way better to hire a car and get there by yourself as it is more interesting places in the area.

Disappointing - Caves are amazing but they are so greedy by letting far too many people in that you don’t get time to appreciate the beautiful caves! You are constantly moved along by the staff who I might add aren’t the friendliest! The concert on the boat is very nice also. The main reason for me only giving 1 star was how I was treated when uttered to the stands for the concert - they clearly have not heard of hidden disabilities! I have MS so the cave tour is hard for me anyway but still wanted to do it - by the time I reached the concert stands my leg was virtually useless so the second row (which the first row wasn’t which I still cannot fathom!) was disabled seating so I sat down to be shouted at by an usher that no I couldn’t sit there very loudly (although the full row was empty) & was told I had to move on, to which I then told him that I am disabled for him to say that only I could sit there & not my husband! Again I will say that the full row was empty! The full experience was not as expected & would not recommend until they stop making it a money making racket & see it for how it is, natural beauty
