Fabulous! - A really great boat trip, thank you to the Oasis crew! We do a boat trip or two whenever we are on holiday, this was one of the most pleasant, largely down to the fact they don't overcrowd the boat. The boat could fit double on but they limit passengers to around 30 which is why I chose this particular excursion in the first place, don't ever change! There's chilled out dance remixes and covers playing, a bar on board with great cocktails (not cheap' grenadine based rubbish you can sometimes be disappointed by!) The food was brilliant, freshly cooked on board during the swim stop. BBQd corn on the cob, chicken breast, hot dogs, salad, taramasalata (or similar) dip, breads, all fresh. Sup boards and oars, pool noodles, life jackets. Toilets were really clean. We'd definitely do the trip if we're in portals again! The only two things that could make it perfect, would be MUCH clearer directions to the meeting point. Google maps couldn't recognize the coordinates and the places mentioned to look out for....didn't seem to be in sight from the meeting point. The nets on the catamaran where I usually like to sunbathe weren't allowed to be used whilst in transit, which I've never heard of before on a catamaran and did limit sunbathing space, plenty of seats, but we like to lie and bathe. Other than those two minors, perfect. Thank you again!

Fantastic adventure - What an amazing trip, fabulous bbq on the boat, sailing down the coast and anchoring in a cove for a swim and paddle boarding. Crew were amazing people and the vibe of the boat was brilliant. Only 30ppl so not over crowed. I suggest taking snorkels, was so much fun snorkelling. Was easy to book. Definitely worth the price 🤩🥰 thank you for our family memories 😘

Great boat - We had a great trip with Oasis, the sea was quite rough but the captain handled the catamaran with ease and experience, once we got to our sheltered bay they did some lovely food. The waters were nice and refreshing and they had a couple of paddleboards you could play around with. The other 2 crew were really good and helpful, not too crowded but we did the morning sail and was a really good trip. highly reccommended.

impeccable quality - For me it is already a tradition when I go to Mallorca to visit the Oasis. Seeing that the quality of both the boat (very well looked after), the food and the staff has not changed is a luxury. Next year I will visit you again!!

Excellent cruise!!! - The staff on Oasis were excellent!! Very friendly and organized. The food was beyond my expectations! The entire trip was amazing and beautiful

Must visit in Mallorca - We are pleased that we chose this entertainment for our trip. Clean, well-kept yacht. The staff is very friendly. We had 2 stops to swim, two wonderful stops near beautiful places where it is possible to enter almost only through the ship. I liked the last one the most, great weather, crystal clear turquoise water and were there for about 2 hours, and on the first one for about 40-60 minutes. Great food: appetizers, barbecue and dessert. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: a place for shoes, hand towels in the toilet, clean dishes that are changed with every meal. I liked everything. The only thing I can note is that it would have been better if the staff had warned in advance that you can only pay with cash at the bar, as there were many people who expected to pay by card. In general, our trip was from 9:30 to 15:00, which is great, just enough time to enjoy everything.

Nice half day in catamaran - Half day with very pleasant family (including 2 children 11 and 7 years old). Departure and return at the times indicated. Easy to find meeting point. Medium sized catamaran with a small thirty tourists on board (which suited us perfectly). Quiet and pleasant ambient music. Meals: bbq chicken/ small hot dog/ sides/ bread... dessert: foam and fruit available. All very good! Warning: only water is at will. Any other drink is paid for (and quite expensive) Staff charming, smiling and very kind; they agreed the same day to put birthday music and a small candle on dessert for one of ours. Stopover point: cala accessible only on foot, so little traffic. Crystal clear water with some spots to observe fish. Small point of improvement: Having made several boat trips, we lacked a little context: explanations about the Bay of Palma (places / history), crusader boats... In summary: we recommend without hesitation Oasis Catamaran for your sea trip!

Disappointed - Sailed to one destination which was average. For the price I expected more. I’ve been on lots of boat trips and this one was the most disappointing

Terrible company - If I could give this zero stars, I would. First, if you are coming from a cruise ship, plan on waiting 45 mins-1 hour for a taxi. This is not Oasis’ fault, but when I talked to them before booking, they said it takes 10-15 mins to get a taxi. It took 45 mins. because the lines are so long. The directions to the catamaran are very unclear and there are no signs marking where to go. We walked to a sign that said “Oasis Catamaran” with an arrow pointing you into the marina. There were no catamarans. We asked a different boat crew and they directed us to the next marina over, even though the directions tell you to enter at that marina. As we were walking, I called to tell them we were 3 mins. away. I called at 10:06AM. She told me that they left at 10:05. They didn’t call or try to contact either of the phone numbers they have on record. The lady’s response was “sorry”. I asked about booking on a later catamaran, but they were full. Her attitude was just that she didn’t care. We have traveled a lot through Europe and the Caribbean and have been on 35+ excursions. We have waited while those tour companies tried to contact people who were late, up to 30 mins. We have never been late but we have never experienced such poor transportation at a port. I have never heard of a company just not contacting the people and having zero customer service. While the taxi problem was not their fault, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They will not contact you. They will not wait for you. They will not refund you, even a partial refund.
