We’ll collectively prepare typical Sicilian dishes, where you’ll learn from Antonio’s hidden cooking techniques, enabling you to recreate these dishes in your kitchen with the same exquisite taste.

Palermo Comes To Phoenix - If you ever want to experience an evening of authentic Sicilian cooking, culture and entertainment, you have found the right experience. Chef Antonio and his crew came to our house and led a group of 16 of our friends through a hands-on cooking session, complete with his inimitable humor and knowledge of Italian cuisine. Then we got to enjoy the amazing fruits of our labors (and considerable skills of Antonio's staff) while he answered questions and delighted us with stories from Palermo. It was incredibly simple for us to host; they brought everything they needed with them (cookware, utensils, fresh food...) and even dressed in matching caps and aprons. The food was exceptional! Our meal started with bruschetta, followed by carbonara, meatballs, bread and pistachio ice cream for dessert.
We first met Antonio when we took a cooking class on a trip to Sicily in 2022. The class was at his house, in the backyard kitchen with 8 other people we didn't know. The experience was phenomenal! It was entirely hands-on and we cooked and laughed through the evening. Antonio mentioned he travels to Arizona (where we live) to teach classes and he had a trip coming up. We kept in touch and hosted a class during his visit. That experience was so great that our friends wanted to do it again. We have now hosted twice and there will undoubtedly be a third and fourth...

Must do! - We enjoyed a beautiful night learning how to prepare a wonderful Sicilian dinner. Good fellowship, very entertaining, and shared many laughs all around a delicious meal. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Cooking Class in Sicily! - The experience was Fantastico. The chef was amazing, knowledgeable and fun! His set up was perfect and it was a delight o meet him and his family during this evening. The food was fabulous. I highly recommend this experience for families and friends and foodies!!

Fabulous experience. Food was awesome! - Wonderful experience! The best cooking class we’ve experienced. The quality of the food, preparation guidance and great humor made this a fabulous time. The chef and staff were very accommodating and we would definitely do this again.

Such Fun - We had a great experience at the cooking class. The teacher was fun and knowledgeable. The setting was comfortable . The food we made was unusual and delicious. The dinner included unlimited wine that was very good.

Excellent evening cooking with Antonio! - We had a wonderful time at our cooking class. Antonio welcomed us into his home, showed us how to cook delicious Sicilian dishes in an outdoor garden. The evening was very relaxing as we sat around sipping wine and listened to stories about being a chef while our food finished cooking.

A Wonderful Experience!!! - Perfecto! Definitely one of our group’s trip highlights. Chef Antonio does a great job teaching , entertaining and hosting! We loved meeting his family and getting a glimpse of an authentic Sicilian cooking experience.
