• Masseria Fontana Murata - The meeting point is Palermo central train station, from where the train will be taken to Roccapalumba Alia, the location of the farm. A special cooking class will be held at the farmhouse! The family has been running a restaurant on the farm for 40 years. Traditional Sicilian dishes will be prepared using farm-fresh products. Participants will make three types of pasta and the iconic Sicilian dessert, cannoli. The experience promises fun and cooking in close harmony with nature. The farm spans 300 hectares, cultivating grains, vegetables, tomatoes, grapes, and olives. The day will begin with a delightful breakfast before diving into cooking. An agritourism venture was established here 40 years ago, marking the first in western Sicily with license number 1.
