Really entertaining... - Really entertaining experience, there is clearly a load of knowledge and experience behind this! The food we made was tasty, and we came away knowing what to do to cook the meals well when we go back home! Lovely wine and conversation (and of course the delicious food we made) came afterwards. Highly recommend

Fun in the cooking classroom and a remarkable feast! - Our group of 4 ladies thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class w/ Michael in his Sicilian Pantry, Palermo. We learned a lot while we made a delicious meal of swordfish balls in a yummy tomato sauce, chick pea fritters—easy and divine!—cavatelli and granita, a wonderful frozen desert made with just strawberries, water and sugar. Michael was well schooled and also had extensive restaurant experience. He was a delight to cook with, and we enjoyed our final feast in his good company. Remember: Don’t cut the basil ‘til the last minute!

Unique experience - Great cooking class ! Felt authentic, it was really nice to go down to the market to pick fresh and seasonal ingredients. We learned more than I expected and it allowed us to try traditional Sicilian dishes we wouldn't have tried otherwise. Portions of food and drink were generous. It was also very vegetarian friendly, as we felt we didn't miss out since the vegetarian alternative was also amazing. We went end of spring, if we were to come back to Palermo we would go again another season to try new menu. Definitely would recommend!

Learning and Eating Fresh Sicilian! - We spent 3 weeks in Italy and this was one of our favorite experiences. It’s such a great introduction into fresh Sicilian cooking. Michael was a great teacher who explained the “why” about cooking so well. On top of that, what we made was delicious! Highly recommend!
