The Best master class - Incredible experience, the best chef I have ever met and a wonderful person! The master class was fun and informative, the pizza turned out in the best traditions of Italy!

Authentic Experience, Valuable Secrets, and Enjoyable Time! - Everything we hoped it would be. Not just a tourist cooking experience but authentic recipe secrets, pizza crust history from various regions of Italy and all delivered by an excellent chef. Not something you can learn on YouTube.

Highly recommend! - Our chefs were so fun and professional! We learned so much about pizza and gelato making and cannot wait to try the recipes at home. It is great for beginners or those with some pizza making experience. Great value for the price!

Cooking session with Fillipo - It was very nice and cozy! With our cooking sessions for pizza and gelato. Fillipo Miranda was very nice and explained everything neatly so that our pizza turned out great. Also the pizza was delicious. It was a great experience and we highly recommend it.

A highlight of our trip for sure!! - The experience was amazing - our cooking teacher Lidia was friendly, patient and helpful, and we quickly caught on to the art of pizza making 😆
The whole kitchen was large enough to accommodate the whole class, clean and well laid out, with all of the necessary equipment and ingredients (and a very impressive pizza oven!)
The ceiling was even able to move, revealing a view of the evening sky.
The food turned out delicious and we enjoyed the company of the others in our class as well as Lidia herself. We 100% recommend this class as a must for anyone visiting Palermo :)

Very helpful and fun - Filippo explained all the steps in good English and showed many little tricks so that everyone succeeded in the dough.
The atmosphere was great and the pizza tasted really good.
The course is well structured, fun and really helps you to prepare an original pizza at home perfectly:)

Enjoyable afternoon learning a real skill. - Very happy with the demonstration given prior to making our own pizza dough. It was practical and thorough. My finished pizza was successful and yummy. I'm pretty sure everyone else was happy with their pizza too. The gelato part of the lesson was demonstration only. Enough info given for you to make it at home though.
The only real downside to the afternoon was that the room was far too hot, air conditioner not working, or not working properly?
